They don't belongs to hotels industry. Ambience looks so delicated but they are not good in providing services. Room looks so dull giving negative vibes. Not providing electric kettle not even glass for drinking water, not even cups there. Pillow cover was torned bedsheets had so ***y holes. Room light was worst. Never had such experience before, service desk even don't received your call from room we waited for 2 hours to resolve all things but they don't so we checked out same time. They wasted my time and ruined by evening in Jaipur.

Location Perfect. Rest of the things - worst. Booked Suite but on arrival hotel people politely refused as they had already allotted the suite to someone else at a higher price. they also refused to refund. none of the room locks have keys so everytime you have to open your room you go to reception using staircase (as lift was dangerous) and bring a person for this purpose. balconies are per***ently closed in all rooms as the height of railing is too low and a person fell from balcony and died. Instead of increasing the height of railing they have locked the balconies. MakeMyTrip never responds to you doesn't matter even if u r dying in the hotel. Worst services.

Excellent stay.. Neat clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Good ample parking space, and view from room is good (main road view). And everything apart. A restaurant serves good quality and tasty food.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We stayed there for 2 days with family and our experience was terrible. Rooms are not good, staff behaviour is horrible. They do not attend to any of our concerns. Food is pathetic and they have very limited options to serve. Plus they are extremely costly. Appliances does not work, facilities are broken..eg: washroom taps were leaking throughout, exhaust did not work, no drinking water provided etc. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel has a bar and restaurant at the top floor and the customers there are a priority above us.

Do not under any circumstances stay here. Or if you have the misfortune to stay here not on the 6th floor. The service was so bad, they will prioritize some drunk teenagers at 1:30am in the morning blaring loud music on the 7th floor bar, over you. The ajacent ceiling wall vibrates because of the noise and did i mention that the room will not be cleaned for two days continuously even if you request it? They do not allow you to order in food from outside unless its from their own restaurant which from the smell of the uncleaned plates left in the corridor is quite bad. The windows looked like someone came all over them and tried to wipe it with their bare hands. Needless to say whatever you are paying for the room or how much ever you get paid to stay here, it is not worth it. I recommend Hotel Ratangarh Palace, its infinitely better and will not make you feel the anxiety that park clASSic does. Also we booked both via make my trip and we paid almost 6.8k for four days and nights at the park classic, we couldnt take it after night 2 so we left and got a refund of 5.6k after speaking with customer service.

Love the Stay. I stayed for 2 days with my hubby. The service was really good. Morning breakfast was tasty Room service is available. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our time here Mr. Hari always ready to help Book cabs for roam

Most unhygienic and unprofessional staff I have ever seen. No proper parking space. People kept shouting and begging for blanket or room heaters in chilly winter but the hotel reception believes that blankets are not so chic... you know... mehhh....so basically they don't care that their guests are uncomfortable in chilly January winter. Bathroom not clean.. plug points not working.. kitchen provides small plastic ice cream spoons when I asked for teaspoons... And housekeeping is heartbreaking... People will come with a smile... Hold the bedsheet but they don't change the bedsheet.. instead they just flip it over... Pillow covers were dirty and the comforter cover was stained... I really regret going there when omicron is in such a peak. I booked 2 rooms, the wardrobe in one room had 2 doors but when I opened it, it was full of dust, in the other room, the wardrobe had only 1 door which u can understand that it was half open. I asked the housekeeping to please clean the wardrobe, they put a smile on their face and never cleaned the wardrobe ever. So I couldn't use the wardrobe. #UnprofessionalStaff #TheHotel****

It is my second stay and I am very happy with hotel because now rooms are renovated and services also good with food quality and good support by Mr. Harry FNB ***ager . So finally happy with room staff services etc.
