We had a really wonderful time at the property, Starting from arrival to departure everything was on top, A regal and royal architect with the beautiful garden and wonderful Peacock It was the best moment when riddhi told us that we want to celebrate your birthday with team I have never experienced such kind of care and hospitality Like the experience ***ager mr vikas, komal (who give us room with balcony) Swati,khateeb,Karan they all joined us for celebration The departure was the best they present a lak coster and card with pictures Not to forget Sidhi for taking care of my children's All over 100 out of 10 Will come back to experience this top level of service

The property was really beautiful and royal .The rooms was very good and well maintained and the service was really nice. The staff was really nice and cooperative.The food was really nice and service was very nice too. And Nagendar singh & Fazal bother was really nice to help us in each and every thing and the they bothe gave best hospitality ever seen.Thank you so much.

We came to Rambagh Palce just for deserts and drinks, thanks to great Stuff - Irshad and Kaustabh and Butler and Butlers ***ager Fazal, we had the great opportunity to visit the best rooms and property of the Palace. We came to Rambagh just for a drink, atmosphere was amazing, we loved desserts and drinks at the Veranda cafe, while sitting by the beautiful table Irshad, butler and butlers ***ager Fazal asked us if we want to see beautiful Polo Bar, Moonlight courtyard and best rooms and property- it was an amazing experience during which he took us ***y beautiful pictures and told us about history of this place. Thank you so much an we will be back in this place for sure.

We have been truly enchanted by our stay at this historic Palace as impressive by its unique architecture and comfort as by its staff elegant and kind attention to details. From generous upgrade, early check in and lovely room offered for the afternoon the day of our late departure, to true kindness and professional efficiency of our butler Khateeb, Anjali and Amisha or Hi***shi with they lovely grace and kindness. We were impressed and left with a heavy heart, impatient already to return to this magical place.

Amazing staff, so kind and thoughtful. Beautiful ambience outside sitting at The Veranda with the dance show and music. Sarjeet looked after us very well so that we had a very pleasant evening. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back soon!

We visited Rambagh to experience the High Tea on The Lawns. The setting, the service and the peacocks truly made for a fantastic experience. Our server, Mr Prem Bhati, was well spoken and very considerate. The food was fantastic and the high tea very well balanced. I will be back for more!

Wonderful Stay. For two days we were there, we did not step out of the property ! Multiple restaurants which double up as a time machine, take you to old times. We had our anniversary dinner at Suvarna Mahal and the ***ager and head chef made it even better with special dishes !

During our recent visit to India, we stayed at Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, a King's Palace converted into an exclusive luxury resort (picture). It was an out of this world experience. As we approached the reception area, we saw numerous peacocks on the grounds. We later learnt that there are over 200 peacocks on the property. We were greeted by Anisha who made the check in process very smooth and easy. She then took us to the balcony overlooking the main courtyard of the Palace where an official photographer took our picture which was given to us with a very nice handwritten note during our check out. Anisha was extremely pleasant. She then proceeded to give us a tour of the Palace. Our room was like a royal suite (picture). There we met Mr. Nagendra Singh, House Keeping ***ager and his team including Abhishek Pandey, Parveen, Bhawani and Vinod who all went out of there way to make our stay very comfortable. At a later time, Mr. Singh took us to the King's and the Queen's (separate) suites. Food was extraordinary. My wife has several dietary restrictions. Mr. Pardip Kumar, Director of Food and Beverage, personally came and made sure that my wife's dietary needs were met. We had the famous "thali" (platter) of food served in gold plated china and cutlery. Everyone, including Vivek, Amar, Arihant, Om Singh, Vikram, Surjeet, Yogendra, Jaswant, Rahul, Ankita, Nayan, Kishan. Rakesh, Akanksha, Tushar at the restaurants that we ate at was extremely courteous and helpful. During the check out process, I had an accident. There is a fountain in the main reception area. I did not know I was so close to the fountain, stepped backwards, tripped and fell. My wife tells me that so ***y people came to help, including Mr. Rohit Kumar, Nimish Mathur, Komal Singh and one more lady whose name I unfortunately don't remember (Christine, Catherine or a similar sounding name that started with letter C), all from the front office. They gave me first aid, made sure I was fine and then drove us to the airport. Staying at Rambagh Palace was an exceptional experience. I personally want to thank everyone named above, and any names that I may have forgotten, for making our stay so wonderful. I have named so ***y people because I feel that people who do a good job need to be recognized. Given another chance, we will stay at Rambagh Palace in a heartbeat.
