NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

Excellent hospitality by team of Jai Mahal Palace. My stay at [Jai Mahal Palace] was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff Mr Shiv mathur and Mr Vinayak gave us royal feeling with details information also catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service. Catering services was also more than expectations Mr Aslam and Shivani was on the top for service at right time. Taking back best memories for life time....thank you Team...

Excellent Hospitality by Taj Jai Mahal palace and we thoroughly enjoyed the Royal service and felt like the Prince for 3days and special thanks to Mr shiv Mathur for pampering service throughout our stay and excellent service at marble arch cafe by Mr Aslam and ms Shivani. Our family was overwhelmed by the Royal service n definitely like to visit next time.

My stay at Jai Mahal Palace was nothing short of a royal treat. Room was beautiful and smelling great. Room service was always a call away. Food is top notch. Breakfast was excellent. Aslam server us well and even made a lunch parcel for me, as I was traveling via car. Staff is very welcoming, gardens and public areas are well maintained and neat.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

This was my 7th or 8th Visit to Taj hotel and Jaipur is my native place, I simply say ...it was my good time ever in Taj hotel, specially the courteous staff, I met with Mr. Rishabh Deo, Mr. Kuldeep & Mr. Monu they are exceptional in their work and have excellent interaction capability with the visitors...A big thanks to all the staff members for their extraordinary services. Food was very tasty except few dishes which requires improvisation in terms of taste authenticity. Wonderful big property with lot of things to do like outdoor games, swimming, steam bath & Spa etc. Kudos to Mr. Rishabh for taking care of us when needed. Room was Okay. Football was there to play however it was written on the display board. sauna bath was also missing and few water features/fountain were non functional ...please take care of these things as many times first impression is the last one.

The stay to Jai Mahal was excellent, though with few initial hiccups which were sorted out on priority and the management of the Hotel was apologetic for the same through out our stay. Aslam at Marble Arch restaurant is from another planet, with so much energy and warmth that you feel that he is part of your family. He leaves no stone unturned to provide you service in the restaurant. You better be on 'his' table if you want to have amazing experience. Monu, the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and ready to help with whatever is needed. Shiv Mathur, who is incharge of the property made sure that our stay was comforable and also granted us special privileges to make up for the initial issues. Chef of Marble Arch made sure that we get the taste and texture of food that we were expecting and himself served us some amazing dishes. Rooms are good and decent size, the lawns are humungous and it is hard to imagine this oasis in middle of the city. Sighting peacocks in the property every morning and evenings was a great feeling. Will definetly come back to the property next time.

Excellent stay! Had a wonderful stay. The food and cleaning team was too good. Its kid friendly place. My child loved all the activities there. It was fun. Staff was warm, quick and supportive. Felt totally pampered. Would recommend! and look forward to plan again in future.
