There were numerous issues that i faced while on my stay for just 1 day washroom lock not in working condition the washroom door was sort of broken from the bottom and not clean rooms are very small and not as big as shown in the photos, photos are taken on wide angle view
staff is not good and people with family shouldn't consider this hotel
not at all a 3 star hotel, i don't know how come this hotel to be 3 star
hotel is not clean and maintained, lot of smell in the lobby area. Light and power issue, backup stopped suddenly due to rain and lift was alsp not working overall 1 rating from at least what i expected i didn't have a good stay at all.

The rooms were clean and tidy however the food was pathetic. Overall it was a descent stay. It was a good trip overall, the location is great since it is nearby to the popular market like bapu bazar.

Hotel is so good, staff is so polite and cleaning is also sooooo. In a simple way hotel is best. And honour is also supportive.

hotel service and room very good but food is very bad , i ordered food quality and taste 3rd class but hotel service like rooms , cleaning, very good

I had to change my room because there was a lot of noise from the road, due to which i could not sleep at night. There was a very strong smell in the bathroom. The fan in the room was faulty and had to be pushed to run. The lift was also broken which made it difficult to reach the 4th floor. The staff was friendly, that's why i am not counting the hotel experience as the worst.

Found cockroaches in room & terrible infrastructure property. Lots of noise was there in near by rooms

Old property. Just ok to stay. Not very good. As a single person one can stay here but i will not recommend a family to stay here on holiday.

The hotel rooms are terrible, it was so dirty and old. They barely clean it up. They have not provided towel or water bottle too. The breakfast was also not good and the area where breakfast served had only one small light bulb which makes barely see anything in morning 9 am. The breakfast also was not so good. The worst part of them is their manager who is so rude with customer. I don't have option to rate them in negative.
