A delight from start to finish. Great character, very comfortable room. Staff attentive and pleasant. Pool area like a resort. Spa offers massage by masseur or masseuse. Food excellent at rooftop under a canopy with breezes or in ac restaurant.

Impressive room/suite , comfortable and reasonably quiet. The balcony is basically a bay window so no access to the outside. Food is good not fine dining but very flavourful vegetarian menu. Staff very friendly and attentive. Attractive Pool is a bonus and the view of the fort from the hotel roof excellent .

This is a fantastic stone carved Haveli within walking distance of the fort. We were upgraded to a suite by the pool which was very large. The manager was very personable and helpful and was willing to be contacted 24/7. The pool area was a quiet oasis and ideal to relax in after sightseeing. There were great views from the restaurant on the roof top terrace over to the fort. Meals were great value and all vegetarian. No alcohol was available. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before ***** with a time slot.

We traveled around Rajasthan for 12 days and this hotel was by far and away the best we stayed in. Great feel and vibe, very clean, top quality. Fantastic delicious food…. Best on the whole trip. If you are wondering… just book it… we’ve already told our family to do just that

Best hotel! We were treated like kings. Super nice staff! Rooms are apartment well curated! Silence and colorful place! I suggest to everyone! All the staff is amazing! In particular AJ! The position is central in Jaisalmer! Food is European and Indian! If you pass by, stop there!

Can't fault a thing! Ground floor pool feels like an oasis, rooftop restaurant has the best view of the Fort by night, and the food is excellent and fresh daily. Rooms are large, clean and beds are soft! Huge shower, well appointed bathrooms, and great wifi.

Absolutely stunning hotel with very friendly staff and owner. Everything is spotlessly clean - from the rooms to the common areas to the rooftop and pool. Excellent menu and dinner views of the fort. Amazing pool and garden to relax in after a days sightseeing. By far the nicest hotel I have stayed in in India (and I've been travelling all over the country since 2007).. I would definitely come back to Jaisalmer just to stay here and experience amazing hospitality and beautiful surroundings. I recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment our car pulled up to the hotel and we got a glimpse of its facade, we were excited. The staff opened the gate for the car to pull inside and came to the car to grab our luggage. Babu pulled the entrance door open for us and welcomed us with amazing warmth. He told us to consider this hotel our second home and everyone made sure we truly felt like we were at home but treated us like royalty. Everyone was so incredibly kind that we were awe struck. After checking in, we were shown to the room they had reserved for us. Words could not express how ecstatic we were to get a glimpse of the magnificent room and set foot inside. The room was luxurious and spacious with a king’s canopy bed, window bench seats with thick cushions, table and chair, desk and chair, vanity, luggage racks, closet and safe, mini fridge, a table with coffee, tea, and free large bottles of water. The bathroom was tremendous as well with full amenities including full toiletries kit, slippers, and bath robes. Walking through the courtyard and halls of this magnificent haveli style hotel, with its many carefully hand picked artifacts was like stepping into a Time Machine into an otherworldly era. The pool was clean and beautiful. There were many lounge chairs around the pool, some with covered canopies, some without. The space was very serene and relaxing. The pool water was not heated but perfect for a hot day. The rooftop dining room overlooking the fort was beautifully set up. There were many seating options as well as some with canopies. We had a welcome drink on the roof and enjoyed the views of the fort at night. We also had breakfast there one morning and enjoyed the canopy setting with the curtains blocking the bright sunlight that shone from one side The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. Babu and the rest of the staff were always ready to serve, no matter what we were doing. They were incredibly polite, kind, friendly, and courteous. I cannot say enough about our experience at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the fort or short tuktuk ride. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. It was like being in a family . We ended up with the Fort view suite which was superb with a large balcony area with sunbeds. We ate there 2 nights and food was great and good value. Breakfasts also v good. The property is built in the style of an old Haveli and is beautiful. Pool area very atmospheric with loads of sunbeds. (If I could suggest 1 small point of improvement it would be to offer proper menus with explanations of the dishes for people less familiar with iRajasthani cuisine ). But overall - highly recommended!
