The whole experience was so sublime. Bhanu is an amazing person … he gave us even an early check in .. very hospitable staff and the food is great. More importantly the hotel is at such a vantage location… right from the room window you get to see the stunning views .. add to it the rooftop views. I will be back again at Jaisalmer and won’t think twice I book here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location perfect and great views. Room was ok, no aircon as advertised. The staff were ok. Very helpful in allowing me to use the rooftop terrace before my train in the evening. All in all a good stay. Just be aware they don’t take cards.

Hotel is in a great location, minutes from the main shopping area and restaurants. Some of the staff were a bit dismissive. Compared to the other places I’d stayed this was unfortunately not the best. Communication with the hotel wasn’t very good, very slow to respond. It wasn’t a bad stay but could’ve been so much better.

Actually found this place by having lunch at its restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. It looked over the city and was a great space to relax with a book and escape the touts for a while. Then I met Sandeep and he showed me a room of the hotel. Fantastic! Comfortable bed, air con and hot water! All of which were fabulous after a 4 day safari in the desert. The staff were very attentive and when I left, Sandeep insisted on giving me a large bottle of water for the journey and drove me to the bus station at no charge. I would go back to Jaisalmer just to stay here again! 100 % recommend. Thanks, Sandeep and staff! Kerry from Australia… (even though it says Vietnam here!)

The hotel at the end of going through the castle and climbing to the hill. You can enjoy the wonderful view more than anywhere else. You can also enjoy the restaurant in the best location. I was impressed by the wonderful and friendly staff and the hospitality of the owner's yogi. When I come to Jaisalmer, I will definitely use this place next time, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yogi!

Had a really nice stay at lotus, the staff where relaxed yet attentive and made us feel at home. Nice clean room with hot shower. Has a really nice courtyard sheltered from the wind with nice flower vines and pot plants, and a nice communal area overlooking the city. Great place to stay in the fort

Superb place with an amazing view. Very polite staff and Mr. SANDEEP Chouhan in the best *** at your service. We enjoyed a lot there. A must go place if you visit Jaisalmer. Visit Especially during the evening time.

100% Recommended if you're travelling to Jaisalmer. Be prepared to stay at a 400 year old Haveli (palace) inside of the Jaisalmer Fort. This place is truly special. Once you experience life inside the fort, you will not want to leave!
