Sagar Guest House

First of all, the place is clean which to me is very important. The rooms are spacious, beds and pillows are very comfortable, and you get your private bath. Aside from that, front desk service is available basically all day. The owners are so nice and humble and always try to help you. They made our stay even better. They also offer the safari/desert trip. This accommodation is located inside the fort and has ***y shops and restaurants near by both veg and non veg. Also there’s a shop like 20-30m by with good prices 😆 10/10

I was the lucky one chosen Sagar Guest House; the best family guest house in the fort. Hospitanle staff, nice views from rooftop, lovely food by Prem and great rooms. I recommend to go there for sure!

We are 4 girls stay in deluxe rooms are very clean and comfortable as per budget the rooftop of the guest house is amazing also cafe there breathtaking views of city lakes located inside the golden fort welcoming people we feel very comfortable ground floor of guest house there family live there we spend some time chai together heena totally our trip is memorable thank you Sagar guest house whole team & staff.

was nice, but don’t expect a proper desert. it’s a private property, with dunes and a lot of bushes. the guides were really nice and also the people we traveled with. the village we saw was also nice. apparently there is other companies that offer safaris that go into the proper thar desert, try to find one of those! don’t get fooled by the photos. also the owner was very pushy to ask me to give a review, and took my phone to create an account for trip advisor! therefore at first i could not give an honest review because he was standing behind me while writing.

Great location and really nice room for a great price. Can't imagine a better value stay in Jaisalmer. The non touristic desert safari that we booked through them was exactly what we were after and not the same as what ***y other companies are offering. Food at the restaurant on top was nice with a good view.
