Ratnawali Camps

POOR HOSPITALITY, BAD FOOD, LIMITED CHOICES, It was disaster, even reception furniture was not cleaned, the person was clueless about timings of various things around.Room was not clened, no water till 7.00 am in the morning, no activities as mentioned in website. Breakfast was only parathas, no choice of food even at dinner time. it was disaster, avoidable property.

We were part of a group of 33, on an organized tour. Our group spent a night at this camp which we had to ourselves. It was an experience to remember. The General ***ager, Mr. Deepak and his team did an excellent job of ensuring that we were comfortable and our needs were met. A special thanks to Mr. Deepak. We were welcomed in true Rajasthani style and treated to folk dance and music. The evening tea was very refreshing and the snacks, dinner and breakfast tasty. We would recommend this desert camp.

Nice experience. Stayed in cottage. Very polite & serviceable team. Cultural programme was good. Desert safari was arranged by them at extra cost. Since we had to check out early, they were kind enough to pack food for us. Overall a memorable stay. Best wishes to the Team @ Foxoso Ratnawali

Stayed at the camp with family for a night. Mr Deepak, General ***ager and all his staff was very courteous and caring. Experienced jeep safari and camel ride. Additionally had an amazing experience of stargazing with Mr. Nayan. Had a wonderful and fun filled experience. Enjoyed it.

The best ever experienced camps in jaisalmer. One of the top serviced Camps in jaisalmer and that jeep safari ride was so amazing. And that desi Food best ever i had in jaisalmer. A life time memorable moment in jaisalmer.🤩🤩

Amazing desert trip. Both the experience and the food are excellent. You can snap yourself in traditional dress and camel ride. Best camping experience in the dessert. You will love everything about Ratnawali camps services in Jaisalmer.

Thank you Mr. Vijay singh for helping us have lovely memories on this trip. The hospitality was great specially the food. Really enjoyed the rajasthani folk dance and songs. Ambience created by the hotel was very welcoming.

All the pics on the site don't hold good now. They must've had a good run a while back I guess. Nowadays, hardly anyone stays here. Right from the time u enter the reception, there is no one there. The mattresses are lying there uncovered. There is one *** friday, who was trying to do his best. There was no welcome drink as was told. No one to receive. We opened the door ourselves and called out. The rooms were not dusted, there may have been 30-40 mosquitoes, lizard. The extra mattress and pillow we asked for were dirty. No water @ night. The folk dance and dinner was outsourced. We had to go to another camp. We left after Breakfast after spending a sleepless night. The owner was uprised that v expect a certain level of standard 0f cleanliness, but he did not do the needful.

It was best camp Staff was good and so helping, specially Resham bhai Food was too good Ambiance was also good Location wise its awesome. Its vey near to sand dunes they provide both jeep as well as camel safari Must visit 😊😊
