We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

The swimming pool was not open until the last day I stayed 😏.. the only one i had to felt a bit dispointed. everyone is very friendly and very helpful . Always coming back when I will visit Jakarta again

Good: great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms with nice views, great rooftop and pool, easy check in, delicious breakfast Bad: although saying to use towels more than one day for sustainability, they were exchanged everyday. Electric problems led to switching on the tv in middle of every night. They weren't able to fix that problem.

He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors

This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

We visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

Nice place to stay, strategic hotel, next to harmoni exchange mall. The restaurant for breakfast is located at level 7, same as the receptionist level, but dont worry, there is a transit lobby at level GF, so not everyone can easily goes to lobby at level 7.

The Staff were superb. They gladly helped with all our needs. They went over & above to satisfy our needs. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable, lots of lighting in the room with lots of light switches to light up the room as you like, not enough room for luggage but we asked for an extra chair which the staff gladly provided, there was kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee (you have to bring your own supplies), ample bottled water, a chair & desk, bedside tables with drawer, nice view, toilet was good with a switch to splash water to wash your butt, shower was great both rain & hand held with good hot water, nice sink, 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and hangers for hanging your clothes (no closet). There is store for SIM card 6 minutes from the Hotel. (Musa Cell). Prisilia, Dwi, Arien, Putri, Septy at the Reception and all the male Reception Staff, all the Security Staff & the Housekeeping Staff were very polite, helpful, fulfilled all our needs with a smile & excellent customer service. Edi, Rani, Hendro & the rest of the Restaurant Staff were excellent for Breakfast. Edi speaks & understands little English. They all understand a little bit. Lots of food at Breakfast with Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juices & an egg Station to compliment the hot foods. You will be stuffed at Breakfast. Thank you all. We truly enjoyed & loved every minute of our stay at G7 Grand Hotel.

Its a pod. Ideal for solo. There are many workers when I arrived cleaning (quietly, discreetly and professionally), cleaning the toilets, showers, pods etc.... So the its super clean and fresh. I also had to get to Gambir Station to catcg a train. Tried hailling a transport from the roadside was quoted a higher tourist price. Got back to Bobobox, received help from Denny and Joe, who so kindly help called and arranged a transport for me at a fair price at peak hour 5:30pm. Joe, the Bobobox staff even accompanied me down to the street and waited for the transport to arrive and instructed the driver my destination and that I am going to take a train and needs to arrived at a specified time. Went for the clubs. Not a great scene, sounds lit from the outside but pretty dead on the inside. Lots of people inside but almost everyone there works there just waiting to be chosen. Be prepared to tip literally every single person you talk to, doorman, mama, the girls…(after paying them already, they’ll ask for more). No shortage of girls, and you can pick and choose and take them to a private room. They will literally ask what kind of girl you like and give you a lineup in the middle of the club. Also be prepared a lot of them speak zero English. The club had a live band playing though

i would say this hotel is worth for my stay. satisfied with the check in process, the staff called Rico was really helpfull. They also provide us with the drinking water galoon, it is a plus. the location is good, near the Trans Jakarta Terminal, and Juanda station, the are so many good place to eat and coffee shop around, yes, they are walking distance only. though the swimmimg pool was not in a good condition, and our window's facing few steps away to a fabric company's window, and the TV channels didn't work well.
