Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. A Pleasant stay here at Best Western - The Team was extra ordinary and took care of me well. The Food was Good And Extra Large size of quantity Muskan, Atul and Himani was Excellent at their area in Restaurant they took care of everyone nicely. This was my first stay here but I loved it and for sure will visit again in Future.

Strong Moldy smell, broken power plugs, dirty shower and dirty bedspread

"Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The breakfast was also very very tasty . We had a great time at Best Western Summerlea. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff was cordial enough to take care of the guest, specifically taking about the three senior citizens travelling with us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Special mention to Mr. Aakash for ensuring that we have a very comfortable stay at Best Western Summerlea. We strongly recommend the hotel. Thankyou !!

Very thing was oms good stay starting to end everything was just osm. Front office team and akash very helpful house keeping team service team everyone gve there best. Keep it up . Will come again in our next vist

I would like to keep an observation on the hotel staff, particularly the front office team. I noticed that they lack smiles and rarely greet guests; their demeanor often carries an attitude and an air of arrogance. On a positive note, the restaurant and housekeeping staff provided good service.
