Radisson Hotel Jalandhar

The radisson was a lovely experience just a slight damp smell in room at times. Also so much more could be done in the eve outside pool area.

It was a great pleasure to have In Radisson Jalandhar. Me and my friend had a good experience. Hotel looks like too old but very well maintained. Staff at reception were very cooperative. Breakfast is also good and recommendable . Bell boy Suresh Is excellent and very helpful. God bless him. I would prefer to re visit Radisson Jalandhar. Thanks

The hotel is very old and we booked it just because it's Radisson brand so we expected a 5-star experience. Also, from the booking photos, it looks very neat (don't believe them). The rooms smell of humidity and they are very dark (at least on the 5th floor). The pressure on the showers is very weak. The housekeeping staff are very good and polite - at least something. 70% of the hotel staff doesn't whisper English (yes whisper because it's very hard to understand them even when they speak English). We were eating only in Tiffany's restaurant in the Hotel. The food is very bad and never comes in the same shape (sometimes soup has basil, sometimes not, pizza is sometimes with olives, sometimes not, ***). Hospitality organization is terrible. One *** takes the order, then whispers it to another, then tells the other who takes that paper in the kitchen. Rich people from India definitely have an advantage when serving. As soon as there are more than 10 people everybody gets panicked and everything is late. One night we waited for 2 whiskies and 1 gin for 40 minutes, and the staff recommended the Indian whisky Rampur, but they didn't bring it. We quit and go upstairs to the bar to take those drinks for ourselves, and the same staff works at the bar also. The prices are expressed without taxes and some added taxes (it doesn't say on the receipt). The pizza is 9.7 euros but it's 12.5 when you need to pay for it. The prices are too high for quality because the food is not fresh. Wellness actually doesn't exist. The massage room is at the end of the men's locker room (for women is very uncomfortable to go). One *** does the massage, pedicure, ***icure, oil massage, and everything that the hotel offers and he doesn't speak English at all. Isolation in the hotel is very bad you can hear voices and chairs moving from other rooms. Inclusive, the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars, we will never go back and we wouldn't recommend anyone who is from Europe to go here.

As soon as we arrived early morning we were greeted so nicely. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was slightly skeptical on the rooms as I had read previous reviews but I have to say the decor is regal rather than dated and rooms were always clean. The food at breakfast was simply delicious and the restaurant team were so lovely. The location of the hotel is spot on! The whole team at the hotel were helpful and kind. A great thanks to Adhitia on reception and harjinder in the restaurant. We were very pleased with our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Stay was very comfortable.I recommend this hotel to my friends and family as well. Too good staff plus food was very good. Service was amazing. I enjoyed the stay.Thanks to front desk manager and their team, Aditi,Jobanpreet to make our my stay comfortable.

Visited in 2021, the second time since my honeymoon years before, so I thought it would be nice to revisit to hotel since 2003. I arrived in India on an urgent matter and had no time to get a hire car so I had to use a relatives old car. The hotel valet was extremely rude to us as we took time to get my young son out the car and when we left the next day he was very rude again and telling us to move the car quickly, this is not how staff should speak to a paying guest. We spent nearly 20000 rupees for one nights stay, but he spoke to us as if we were peasants, I live abroad and this is how a person from abroad gets treated. I was going to let the manager know what was happening but I had prior engagements to get to, the stay was fine, but ruined by the car parking guy who was very rude. That is no way to speak to a foreign guest. He ruined our stay. I would not recommend this place as the car valet guy is very rude, he probably thought because I was in an old car he could talk disrespectivley to us. I am an NRI who travels to India frequently, I also went last year but stayed elsewhere, not here, shame Radisson does not get polite car parking staff.

ATTENTION I would not recommend this hotel anyone. Totally ripped of my under the name of Raddison, 3x times more expensive then regular nice new property. Worst hotel ever to stay in. If you want to experience vintage old furnished smelly room with dirty bathroom please visit here its been 22 years for this hotel and never been upgraded, No central lightning you have to manually switch OFF/ON 3 vintage lamps feels like living in 60s era, Ground staff is so rude and food is yuk, please do not WASTE your money. Go some where else

It was such a nice place staff was very polite specially thanks to Mamta she know everything how to handle the guest i am also a restaurant manager of Radisson jammu but this property is really very amazing i just recommend everyone if u want to make your day special visit this property Again i really thanks to Mamta god bless you in future hope you will be become a successful Hotelier Thanks Arun kumar shan

Travelled with family. Check in was quick and easy although it would have been helpful if the staff gave us information about the hotel, ie time of breakfast, hotel facilities. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. It was cleaned on a regular basis to a good standard. Housekeeping were very good. Breakfast was good with a good variety and you could order eggs, paratha, dosa etc. However, please order from the waiting staff rather than directly from the chefs as orders often got lost in translation. We also had lunch at the hotel which was good as well as evening al a carte and buffet. All the food was exceptional. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful especially Beauty and Harjinder at the restaurant. Pool was very cold, some heating would help. Hotel bar was quite pricey. We had some massages at the hotel which were very good and good value too. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel however, it was overshadowed at weekends by drunken and boisterous Russians who were staying at the hotel long-term. They would start their loud music and drinking from early morning to late evening, especially by the pool so we could not use it. Staff seemed helpless to intervene with the unacceptable behaviour. Would I stay here again? Probably but not on a weekend.
