Worst hotel i ever stayed in. No basic amenities given at all, no dental cleaning kit, no towels, no soap, no shampoo to shower with, telephone wasn't even working after some time. Very rude receptionist. The room was good, but what's the point when not even basic amenities are provided. There are no around the clock beverages served like tea or coffee (which is a basic need and is almost available at all hotels. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Very hard and loud sound comes to rooms of there restaurent till 12 pm and no pakage drinking water is served to rooms and no room service for breakfast. For coupans collection v have to come to reception they should b available at restaurant itself one can collect and have their breakfast then and there itself.

The property itself is grand and good, but the details are missing, smelly rooms, non functioning exhausts, and under trained staff. They literally blocked the water to make us checkout at their designated time.

Hotel location is good but they dont have own restaurant. Food is being served by pyramid restaurant and their prices are very high, they also charge mandatory service charge. Breakfast is also limited not buffet.

Staff was not so polite. Toiletries were not provided break fast was good wifi was not working properly younhave chase for service like for water etc.

I used to stay in this hotel regularly because of it's location and quite specious rooms this time i booked through and i had to pay more. The food quality is good but very very costly now as compared to earlier.

Location and property was great. Room vibe is good. Complementary breakfast should be in buffet format or at-least a guest should choose multiple food (option of choose any one food is not satisfactory)

Pathetic smelling rooms.
Toilet seat outsiders so dirty can't explain Breakfast pathetic.no choice for veg people Parantha and chole bhature unhealthy food only for veg people nothing else Bathroom washbasin dirty Allover not worthy of charging rooms Not going to visit even not going to recommend in dreams
