My experience about buffalo hotel. The hotel's prime location added convenience to my stay, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting. Clean room even if it’s kinda old.

Check in time was long. Not enough towels, not working ice machine to call for room service operator doesn't pick up. No shuttle to go to other part of the resort had to walk. No access to swimming pool thought it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather but nope.

didn,t like that the tv in our room cuts off automatically every hour. frustrating!!!

The room was clean but could do with some minor touch ups. Most of the food court was closed down when I arrived at 5:30. The Denny's was open and very well run.

Not clean, Maids never came by once and nobody answers the phone for front desk or housekeeping

Keys did not work for room 911
Returned to front desk and got new keys - they didn’t work either
Returned to front desk and got a room change
Keys to new room worked but trash on the floor wasn’t picked up. Went in the bathroom and there were no towels.
Went back to the front desk and received towels (one was completely tattered and one had stains).
