Morning Madrid

The entrance is a bit hard to find as there are no clear signs at the entrance and there is no front desk either. But once you go inside the building, the hallways are well lit and a lot of young people are walking in and out. The building has a dorm feel. It looked like multiple operators were managing the various units in the building. The room is impeccably clean and well maintained. Spacious, has a huge fridge and laundry machine and suitable for a longer stay as well. I also loved the access to the convenience store on the ground floor. You can go from the inside by the elevator without going outside. Perfect on a rainy day! The only disadvantage was that there were only four hand towels provided and no large bath towel. In overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Firstly, the front desk services are very good. This lady is nice and friendly and helpful. The room is just perfect for us. I would surely come back and stay there again. 5 star for the services and room. I stayed there on 21/4 to 23/4.

We had a lovely stay! The building & unit seemed brand new when we checked in. The location is very walkable, close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The unit is well equipped with good amenities & thoughtful touches throughout (nice personal care products, laundry detergent, hair straightener, sewing kit, first aid kit, slippers, etc.) It's clear the hosts put a lot of care into the quality of their furniture and amenities. They were very also friendly and quick to respond to all questions.Would stay again!

第一次獨自去旅行，好好彩，選了這間酒店，內部設施之前已經有旅客寫，我便不再強調有幾齊備，想講的是，香港飛濟州島是早機0605抵步，酒店距離機場10分鐘車程，太早到步關係，我跟住front desk 門口指引，打電話去詢問，真的好抱歉，我把靚女嘈醒了，她還馬上到front desk 幫我寄存行李（因為front desk 開門時間是10：00）她不但沒有生氣，態度親切。我食過早餐後，10點再返去，入住時間係1600，而我選擇付多1萬韓元1小時，提早1點入住。在10點至1點之間的時間，我惟有在front desk沙化上睡了，醒來的時候，靚女遞上一個類似糯米糕的小食給我，好窩心。感謝妳的款待。🥰🥰

唯一美中不足的應該就是電梯有兩邊 有分偶數跟基數 但是都要等非常久 住在18樓要等個電梯都要等快5-8分鐘以上 人家上來 我已經按了以為要上來一起下去 結果是到1樓在來18樓接我 整個電梯流程是非常奇怪 但房間非常溫馨 設備也很齊全 只有電梯無法接受🥹

第一次來到濟洲島旅遊, 就遇到這麼好的酒店, 飯店裡面的設施因有盡有, 櫃檯服務小姐很棒, 也聽得懂中文, 英文也很好,有任何問題都可以傳訊息詢問, 也很快速回覆, 下次來濟洲島會在來馬德里飯店的。 처음으로 제주도에 여행와서 이렇게 좋은 호텔을 만났습니다. 호텔 안에 모든 시설이 있기 때문에 카운터 웨이터가 훌륭하고 중국어도 잘 알아듣고 영어도 잘합니다. 어떤 문제가 있으면 메시지로 문의할 수 있습니다. 빠른 답장을 보낼 수 있습니다. 다음에 제주도에 오면 마드리드 호텔에 올 것입니다.

之前在找酒店 自己的想要的是新開業➕環境乾淨 很驚喜能夠發現這家 滿足所有我所有需求！！！ 到了濟州島之後用百度地圖導航 坐公交車下來走幾分鐘就到了 樓下有個711便利店 再往裡麪走就到了 正門是個大廈！百度地圖完全可以導航得到 不用擔心 ！！！ 這裏的辦理入住是下午4點 所以我們先到了3樓324門口放了行李 記得拍個照留底 ！！門上貼了店家的聯繫方式 可以電話聯繫或者微信加好友 ！後面發現門上寫着1樓門口有家類似於咖啡店可以寄存行李 我們特意下樓去看了 店鋪還沒開門 所以又把行李放在324門口 然後出去玩了 反正1樓店鋪沒人的話 暫時放在324問題應該也不大 不然沒地方寄存行李了🥲 到了下午 微信通過了 店家回覆我了 會跟我説辦理入住等注意事項 回來後到1樓咖啡店辦理入住！ 店家英文很好 全程溝通無障礙 不用擔心 環境：房間就是圖片上的樣子 很乾凈清爽 很舒服 智能馬桶 吹風機 捲髮棒 應有盡有！！就是沒有牙刷牙膏洗臉巾這種 毛巾也有很多足夠用了 這裏垃圾分類還是挺嚴格的 衹要遵照房間的垃圾分類提示就行 如果需要第二天打掃衞生 可以提前告知店家 打掃一次1萬韓元哦！也不能抽煙 露台都不能 否則要罰款！！ 退房時間是上午11點 和國內不一樣 小夥伴們注意咯！ 地理環境優越，新羅免税和樂天免税很近，幾分鐘路程，市中心地段 ，機場下來3公里左右 去哪裡都方便得很 總體來説 這家店很滿意呢！無論從哪個方面來説都是不錯的選擇👍🏻
