I arrived in the morning, so i stored my luggage first. The front desk who wear eyeglasses had provided a very "great" experience to me. He was no smile and no eye contact during the whole time. When i asked where to put the luggage, he just pointed somewhere unceremoniously. He presented looking at the computer was his only job duty. When i was trying to confirm which way he was pointed, but there's no response, so ridiculous!
After check-in in the afternoon, I found that the room shut down the air conditioning system. They do not provide it in winter, they can only provide a fan or suggest you to open the window. The temperature on my arrival day was 12-16℃. Unfortunately, they dig their heels in, i have no choice.
When I checked out on the last day, the same receptionist, still the same as the first day. No eye contact, no thank you, no goodbye. I have been traveling to Korea for many times in more than 10 years, and it was my first time in Jeju. I have never seen this poor service and weird arrangement in any hotel.
清晨到埗,因下午才可check in,所以先寄存行李,前台連基本對人的尊重都欠缺,沒有笑容也罷,全程連眼神接觸都沒有,問行李放哪,隨手一指,眼神只盯著電腦看,想確認是指哪,不回應,像聽不到一樣,不知所謂
下午check in後,發現房間亦不提供冷氣,中央關機,只可選擇開窗或者提供坐地風扇,但第一天到埗氣溫是12-16度,不至於只可開暖氣吧
最後一天check out ,同樣是第一天戴眼鏡的男性前台,同樣沒有眼神接觸,沒有說謝謝,沒有說再見,我來往韓國已經十多年,第一次到濟州,從未在任何酒店遇過服務如此爛的前台!
