I was very satisfied with the hotel's service attitude during this stay, and the staff always maintained a friendly smile. The front desk was small

Pretty big hotel block, seafront including casino. The hotel room on the 3rd floor was also quite large, with sea views but unfortunately only averagely equipped. No sockets and bedside tables next to the double bed. Otherwise only a distribution box integrated with cable connection for electricity. No chair, no table and only pillows on the floor to sit down. Toothbrush only for an additional charge and no shaving set in the bathroom. The balcony with sea view, unfortunately so full of plants and ants that you could not stand directly at the parapet. Therefore only with a limited sea view. It takes off and lands very regularly and aircraft throughout the day. It didn't bother us, but you can hear it in the room. In the run-up to the trip.com app, I had tried to ask the hotel for an airport shuttle (chat, email via trip.com and direct email). All inquiries remained unanswered by the hotel. We then booked a taxi from the airport ourselves. Positive to the location, directly on the sea (without the beach) and with a walkway, ideal for jogging and walking. Breakfast buffet with a large selection and clean.

As a solo lady traveler, my stay at Ramada Plaza Jeju City was absolutely delightful. The hotel's proximity to Dongmun market, just a 20-minute walk away, made exploring the area easy and convenient.
One of the highlights was the abundance of Muslim-friendly restaurants nearby, with the nearest one just across the street.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with especially comfortable beds. I loved the large bathroom with a bathtub, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, with the added bonus of being able to speak English very well.
Behind the hotel, there were beautiful views perfect for a leisurely walk.
Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would definitely choose to stay at Ramada Plaza Jeju City again.

The hotel room was large and facilities were amazing. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here except that I found a few flies in the shower.

the room over sees the sea which is an amazing view to wake up to in the morning. toilet is super clean with a good water pressure. however I do wish all the lifts connect to to all the floors of the hotel- from the car park to the highest floor.

The room had a weird smell and was very old, with no outlets for chargers, and the wallpaper was coming off. All the services at the hotel were over expensive.

Good location and nice facilities, good breakfast, convenient to explore the jeju city proper. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside may be flight noises location being close to the airport. Bit old too.

Our double room with ocean view was great and had a balcony with obviously great views. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and spacious. At breakfast I asked if the bread had walnuts in it (because of allergies) and the staff promptly confirmed with the kitchen that it didn't. Then they went the extra mile and confirmed every other item that had walnuts in it so that I could avoid them. Absolutely great service!
Will definitely come again.
