My stay at Saladin Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem was comfortable and satisfying. The staff were courteous and ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. I also appreciated their diligence in replenishing toiletries whenever needed. The only limitation was the restriction on eating inside the room, which may be important for some guests to note. Nevertheless, the hotel’s service and attentiveness contributed to a positive overall experience.

From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.

There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.

I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

Nestled peacefully near the church in a serene area of Jerusalem, St Thomas Guest House offers one of the most delightful accommodations in the ancient city. You’ll find everything you need close by, all while enjoying a quiet atmosphere perfect for rest—especially ideal for those who appreciate calm and tranquility. The room is clean, tidy, and functional to meet your needs, its staff are always ready to assist with kindness. I highly recommend a stay here! 👍

The hotel environment is very good, the building was transformed from the previous church, the shape is great, the tower can be overlooked throughout Jerusalem, the service is good, breakfast options are not much

Both the environment and the service are great hostels. I have met a lot of friends. I really appreciate this place. I want to go to Jerusalem in the future.

Friendly staff in a neighborhood setting with easy access to public transportation. Great choice for the price.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
