A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Jesi. The hotel has been tastefully renovated whilst maintaining historic features. Francesca helped us with directions to the car park and even drove us back to the car park the following morning to retrieve our car. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Really nice service, service minded staff, the rooms were very clean and nice! I enjoyed the stay very much.

We stayed here for two nights in August 2022. The room was lovely but the air con didn’t work and we couldn’t get a fan loaned to us, so it was very warm and stuffy until late at night. On the plus side, the bathroom is huge. In addition to the hot room, we had some difficulty with a few other things. On Sunday we decided at noon to retrieve our car from the Mercantini parking lot to drive to Cingale. We’d been told we must park there. Unfortunately, we couldn’t retrieve the car as the parking lot was closed Sundays until 6pm. We were pretty shocked to discover that! The manager had forgotten to tell us - and to give us a clicker that would’ve given us access. We had also experienced difficulty contacting the property prior to arrival to arrange for check in (on Google Maps, it’s listed as being ‘permanently closed’) and to ask about using our disabled parking pass in the lot outside the front door of the property. The manager claimed we were unable to use it in Jesi - but that seemed strange to us as we’d used it all over Italy without difficulty. If you have mobility concerns, be forewarned - this property is a long way from the recommended parking lot - several elevators, escalators and street levels away. I walk with a cane, so while this was not impossible, it was a big challenge. When we checked out, I stayed with the bags while my partner ran the elevator/escalator gauntlet and then drove the car to the property. To try and walk even our two carry ons down all the way to Mercantini would have been impossible as the escalators only run going up, not down. So, it’s a lovely little property, but better attention to detail, a working air conditioner, and assistance regarding figuring out our disabled parking pass would have made it a lot better for us.

We had a hard time finding Dimora Storica on google maps where it says the place is “Permanently closed.” We also realized it goes by several different names, so this got us slightly concerned. We contacted ********** for help who couldn’t get the owner to respond either. We eventually received an email in Italian answering our question about parking and telling us no disabled parking was available, although we could see on google street view there was. We were told we had to park in the Mercantini parking lot which we did. It’s many levels and about 10 mins from the hotel. And on Sunday when we went to retrieve our car - the lot was CLOSED until 6pm. We contacted the manager, but she was at the beach. We decided to relax in the room all afternoon. Room was large and nicely appointed, but the air con didn’t work and it was very hot (35+ outside). Jesi is beautiful and historical and very quiet which we loved, but the hotel was difficult to find, contact and the parking was hard - as I use a cane, using our pass would have really made things a lot easier. We think the manager didn’t actually know the local rules which we had looked up prior to landing in Italy. We had used our pass successfully in every other city for the past 3 weeks, so it seemed odd she was so adamant we couldn’t in Jesi. We highly recommend the Federico II Museum in Jesi - it was excellent. We tried to visit the gallery and the library, but they were closed on Sunday - as was the tourist office!

Assoluta la gentilezza e la cordialità dei gestori che hanno avuto premure non scontate come quella di raggiungerci al parcheggio per portarci con la macchina in struttura. Coccole e qualità

Dimora storica confortevole e con ambienti curati e raffinati in cui antico e moderno vivono in simbiosi. Francesca ci ha accolto e seguito con impeccabile professionalità, in maniera cordiale e simpatica. La colazione ricca e curata.

Struttura molto bella nel pieno centro storico di Jesi finemente ristrutturata. La signora Francesca molto disponibile e gentilissima in tutto. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze appena fuori le mura coperto e con chiusura notturna con possibilità di accesso in qualsiasi momento grazie ad un telecomando fornito dalla struttura. La residenza si raggiunge in pochi minuti attraverso una strada in lieve salita o attraverso una corta scalinata. La nostra camera molto bella dotata di tutto, letto comodissimo con bagno spazioso impeccabile in ogni cosa. La colazione viene servita in una piccola sala adiacente le camere. Non manca veramente nulla perfetta per una visita al bellissimo centro storico!
