Jiayuguan hotel was ok... the location and breakfast was really nice. But the bathroom smelt and the service was so so. But at least the room was comfortable and had all the amenities required.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The rooms need more work. Bathroom was poor. Thankfully we booked only for one night since we had to stay only for 10 hours. The bed sheets were clean though, so for a sleep it was ok.

Clean and central, the hotel is very reasonably priced. There is a good food street within 500m. Check in process was so so, beds are pretty hard. But all in all would stay again.

Thid hotel was a great price that I got for. The amenities are basic, but the location was great and easy to get to Jiayuguan south from where my to and fro trains were. Most of the attractions are nearby, however, i would recommend renting a car for the whole day for mainly three attractions cost would be around 260 RMB;not more. These attractions would be Jiayuguan fort, cantilever wall and the first light tower and pier of the great wall.

Hotel was nice, room was clean and provided good robes, slippers etc. Bed was comfortable. The city has ebikes that you can scan and rent so even though places are walking distance it’s also very convenient to get around wherever you want. Would stay again
