The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Its location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast has a lot of variety (and is the food is tasty). We plan to return again sometime in the future.

I was really amazed when I entered the room. The environment is very good, with water, plants and animals. The children's items (pillows, toilet seats, bathrobes, toiletries) are fully equipped, and I have to give it a full score! The park service is really super good, warm and attentive. I fed the giraffes for breakfast, and the keeper Zhai Huaijun took photos and sent them to me. The staff called the giraffes to come over for business and asked if they took photos. The scooter is very convenient. It saves the trouble of grabbing a car during the National Day Golden Week. You can skip the queue with your passport. The grilled fish buffet for dinner is very good. After dinner, you can let your child go to the forest for adventure!

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

The location makes the price expensive, the room is small, but it is clean and the bedding is comfortable. I almost caught a cold when taking a shower... The water is not hot, just barely maintaining body temperature, and it is not good when you take a shower during non-peak hours. It is heated at the beginning and then returns to normal temperature immediately.
