Nayun Resort Yunyang Resort Hotel

The problem with this hotel is that there are just too many interns from the school! Out of 10 staffs probably 9 are interns! With that, the service is downright bad.. beside this, the room was in a very bad state too.. When we entered the room, there were water all over the place! (See photo) It was like someone had a shower in the room. We informed the front desk and an intern came with a mop.. unfortunately she was not efficient with it and I ended up cleaning the floor myself! The buffet at the restaurant was not much to be desired! During breakfast, as there were no more bread, we requested to have some bread.. Unfortunately, it took them more than 30 minutes to get the bread and by then we had leave.. understand the hotel wants to save costs by hiring students from the school but please train them well!! This is one of my worse stay in a hotel ever..

房間寬敞，設施齊全。酒店利用廢棄的鐵礦，根據地形地貌巧妙設計，非常有特色。晚餐廳菜餚比較可口，早餐豐富且接待能力強。工作人員待客熱情大方。管家雲玉事先聯繫瞭解需求，並積極處理圓滿完成。入住後熱情主動，幫助搬運行李，引導到房間，並介紹酒店、景區情況，多次詢問是否需要幫忙，感到很温暖。

好逛的酒店，B區的去A區不遠，整個度假村很有層次感，上去下來，下來又上去的，小火車，無邊際泳池，飛崖列車，萌寵樂園，玻璃棧道，礦洞酒窖，書局，湯泉，遊樂設施，一個溜娃的好去處，就是天氣涼沒玩到泳池。服務也不錯，有求必應型。還有機器人送東西，小朋友很喜歡！

非常滿意的一次旅行，去年因為時間關係錯過，一年後重新來到那雲天空之城。剛到進景區下起來起了大雨，酒店管家雲月已在下榻地撐傘等候，而且給我們一個驚喜，酒店方面已給我們免費升級了房間。隨後和小夥子一起用景區轉運電動車把行李送到房間。安頓好房間，管家雲月又帶着我們乘坐觀光電梯，參觀了無邊泳池、那雲下午茶餐廳、懸崖電梯等場所，她對景區歷史、佈局娓娓道來，入住期間通過微信一直給我們提供服務訊息，離開酒店時專門親自接送我們到入口，讓我們找到賓至如歸的感覺。客房在懸崖之上，從青磚外牆我似乎穿越到當年的鐵礦山時期。客房安靜衞生，設施很好。餐廳服務員態度也很友好，比五星級酒店服務 更細心。期待下次再來那雲！

總體感受：設施、服務、菜品都非常不錯，如果旅行至景寧附近是入住酒店的不二之選，酒店也非常適合療養、親子游。 硬件設施：酒店房間很乾凈，配套齊全，如有空中走廊、圖書館、小吃街、湯泉等等各具特色。 管家服務：私人管家會提前一天聯繫你，告知酒店豐富的娛樂設施與注意事項，推薦酒店附近的景點、蒼蠅館也都非常不錯，服務熱情到位。 拍照打卡點推薦：空中走廊、圖書館、廣場。

酒店很有特色，出行前做了攻略特地選了那雲度假村，到了以後比想象中還要好！慢吞吞小火車、飛崖列車、圖書館、美術館、玻璃棧道、屋頂浴場……每一處都給人驚喜！管家服務也很周到貼心！下一次還會去！
