SFEEL Designer Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center)

We booked two rooms — one for me (from Hong Kong) and one for my friend from Vietnam. We absolutely loved the hotel, especially the bathtub and the skylight window for stargazing (though we couldn’t see any stars because of the rain 😅). The staff were super friendly. I would totally recommend choosing this hotel for your stay. It’s about a 1.3 km walk to the entrance — a nice warm-up before starting the Jiuzhaigou route. 我们订了两间房，我来自香港，朋友来自越南。我们超爱这家酒店，尤其是浴缸和可以看星星的天窗（虽然因为下雨没看到星星😅）。酒店员工非常友善。我绝对推荐大家选这家酒店入住。步行到景区入口大约1.3公里，正好可以作为九寨沟行程前的热身活动。

The hotel room is very clean, smells good, bed and linen are comfortable. Near the terminal where you can get on the shuttle bus to train station. Walkable to the main entrance of jiuzhaigou park along the stream.

Everything was perfect. The girl who was there checking us in helped with food recommendations, she was really sweet and helpful!!

Stayed 2 nights during our trip to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou National Park in March 2026. The room is very clean and located along 边边街. You can see and hear the stream running right outside the room window which is so beautiful. This SFEEL hotel in Jiuzhaigou is much nicer compared to the SFEEL hotel we stayed in Chengdu Chunxi Road. However, the location is rather quiet at night compared to Pengfeng Village nearer to the park entrance with not much shops or restaurants. Maybe because it was low season in March.You can walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance in about 20 to 30 min or take a taxi for about CNY15 to reach in just 5 min. The hotel is quite far from Moonbay parking lot. However, you can take the shuttle bus to Huanglong Jiuzhai high speed railway station from 国大停车场 instead located just 5 min walk from the hotel which u can buy tickets online or on the spot. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor beside the hotel reception although we did not use it. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

Had a very good experience. Stayed there cause the hotel is near to the tourist center just 5mins away by car. The receptionist is very friendly with all inquiries and since there is empty rooms she's nice enough to upgrade my room to one with skylight but unfortunately the weather isnt the best to view any stars that night. Also want to note that this hotel have both air condition and heater unlike other hotels that only have centralized heating options during winter so it's good for people that are easily hot.

Hotel offers clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near transport shops. Breakfast is decent, Wi-Fi reliable, and check-in smooth. However, rooms can feel small and noise sometimes carries. Overall, a comfortable stay suitable for short business or leisure trips.

About 20 minute walk away from the attraction entrance, which is reasonable given that it is one of the closer hotels to the entrance. Nice room with floor heating elements and a view of the river. Some restaurants were open nearby, although most were closed as it is the off peak season.

The SFEEL hotel was wonderful, with welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, clean, the water temperature was hot and easy to control with great pressure, a very soft and comfortable bed. It was an extremely easy short walk to the entrance of the park. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Jiuzhaigou ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is about 15mins walk away from Jiuzhaigou entrance. The hotel is clean and front desk is very helpful in assisting with food deliveries.
