Hotel Shri Ram Empire

Thief hotel. I left my ipod one night before check out on bed and called the hotel reception and inform the same the very next day . They completely denied and said that its not there. How can they lie when I told them the exact place where I kept the Ipod after leaving the hotel room. Be careful and go on your own risk.

We spent a couple of nights in Hotel Shri Ram Empire ( Shri Ram Excellency Group) in Jodhpur in mid of January'2023. The location is excellent, on the main road and from our room (7th floor), we could see the stadium across the road. The restaurant was good, although vegetarian, and the staff were very supportive. The room was good, spacious and clean. The lift seems to be small (no. of persons), as it's difficult to accomodate two persons with luggage. Otherwise, it was a good hotel, worth spending a day or, two. The only odd thing which we observed that the outside area (roads and even the stadium complex, which we could see from our room) was not maintained well and was dirty (garbage all around). We are from Bhopal, one of the cleanest cities in India, and hence the difference was so obvious. It gives a pretty bad image about us, the Indians, in the eyes of foreigners, who visit Jodhpur frequently.

I stayed here with my wife for a night on our way from Ranakpur to Bikaner. The hotel was gracious enough to ugrade our room to Club Room. Check in was smooth but it took us about 20 minutes to be able to enter our room as several attempts by us and the escort attendant with the card key failed. Club room was just about spacious enough making me wonder how small would be the normal rooms. What I disliked most about the place is complete lack of ventilations on any of the floors with narrows floor-lobbies and passages including stairways having no outlet for fresh air at all. The service and house-keeping was nice and breakfast comparable to any 4 star/ 5 star hotel we have been on this trip. Location is on a high way - kinds of dry and dead, but just walk half a km and you would reach possibly the most happening part of Jodhpur with best or restaurants and shops around. Surprise-Surprise - Both me and my wife had a challenging time trying to locate the commode-flush literally hidden behind the paper roll. I somehow, got a sense that it is not an ideal hotel though for a couple and we should have perhaps stuck to Zone by Park at the same price. But all said, true value for money.

Decent budget hotel to stay. they have nice rooms. The only drawback was ventilation. Hotel rooms / floors dont have ventilation. If AC is not on, it feels suffocation. Otherwise it is a good place, situated exactly at main road. Hotel has lift, hence no problem for old age guests as well.

This hotel is at the main road we stayed 1 night which was new year eve had a proper corporate stay with deluxe room all facilities were within the room As we planned for dinner outside near clock tower did not experience the food however it was super hygienic and worth the stay. Service was prompt too Overall 4/5

Hotel staff behaviour was not good....room was not clean......food was worst. Hotel not providing services as they are charging rent for the room.......honestly never choose this hotel... service is very poor and they hade charged me for unnecessary thing's as a wifi and water service also counted. Never recommended this hotel for good service.
