R&F PRINCESS COVE at ANJU

The location is convenient to travel around. The room is clean and well equipped with facilities. The view is magnificent. The only thing to note is the noise from the causeway which can't be avoided especially during the night time (thu, fri, sat and sun) when both jb-sg/ sg-jb roads are congested. Overall, it is a good staycation for my family. Thank you Host for the prompt service.

Systematic check in and check out process. Had a good time staying with my family. Place was generally clean, some ants but not too big of an issue. Sheets and towels were clean. Do bring your own toothbrush and toiletries.

Nice & Clean apartment. Pool View with balcony, with full kitchen amenities, requires to bring ur own toothpaste toothbrush. Host will contact u on its day morning via WhatsApp & to meet at front of Jaya Grocer to pass keys. Check-out was a breeze, just drop at mailbox & take a pic to send. Likes the sofa bed with provided extra duvet set pillows. Sofa was clean too.

Second time staying with Anju management, fast response and also happy with the room it's as advertised, be sure to choose sea view if U want sea view but do note it faces direct EAST U will get the morning sun. If U don't like sun please don't choose sea view. Be careful where U park if U drive only on empty lots with no car plate number I got wheel clamped before cos I was tired and blur after a jam.

The apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. We arrived late hours and self checked in the apartment which required us to drop by the lobby to collect the keys before parking the car. The carpark can only be parked on lots without any names aka “reserved” hence took us some time to find a lot to park which needed us to walk quite a distance. Do bring your own soap as there was only a 3 in 1 (iirc) and toothbrush + toothpaste, and tissue. We enjoyed our stay at the affordable price.

Good location, ok cleanness but beware of ants.

Although we book this place, they don’t tell me which rooms ,which lobby ,where is this actually????!!!!We booked it bcoz we can’t go back to Singapore by that time, One of an aunty picked up my phone and answered well. The only problems are - one of their staff (a boy) doesn’t show his good service,no patience, no hospitality. Treat us the way the people rent a house. No smiling. - all of the guards don’t know this place, all of them can’t speak in ENGLISH well also they got drunk high , they treat us the way the police talk to thieves, almost guards drunk alcohol and just only know how to open the gate when residents enter the gate.No friendly and very scare to see their face reaction when we asked our residence. - They made a group chat suddenly in WhatsApp without telling me everything. (They must use by the email or make a message directly by not creating a group) bcoz I am a person who always busy like a bees with my business. The place is so nice to live,stay, so tidy so many equipments like a home. That one we like it. Overall is if you don’t have a local person(Malaysian) or if you can’t call physically (without data) don’t book this one at all. To Trip.com, You all need to develop your partners as well.
