Well Maintained And Clean.. The staff very good and attentive - Mr Shajan Really happy 4 days stay in this hotel with my family.. Thanks 🙏

Well same as the last time I've stayed at the property before.. This time around the house keeping didn't do a really good job of cleaning the room i was assigned to, it had some stain on the bed comforter which had a stain which is still wet @the time of me checking in.. Conveniently covered by the 2 towels provided place on the bed covering it.. Did not made a fuss out of it or complian to the front desk.. Just put the towel a side & flip over the comforter, used the towel that didn't come in contact with the stain.. The other towel is use for wiping dirt.. Hope they do much better job next time. Then rushing the poor fellas to turn over the room as quickly as possible..

Good htl with the price very near with a customs, for those who want to go to Singapore early is very good

Location is amazing close to the boarder and shopping mall in JB city. We stayed here for 1 night and went to pickup a rental car the next morning

Good service and receptionist is very helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Comfortable rooms for family

Was a nice hotel and was in a great location with plenty of good food spots on the doorstep!

Great location, with tons of food options nearby. It's a convenient spot for getting to Singapore, and there's a shopping mall close by too. Excellent value for money!

So-so. Just so-so.

Good for short stay. Clean tidy. Good location near restaurant n center.

Nice location

The staff was friendly...

The sheets were stained with blood, and the toothbrush and toothpaste were not in the room. There were cobwebs in the toothbrush cup.
