Atelier Hotel Johor Bahru

Πραγματικά λατρεύω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο! Θα το συνιστούσα σε όλους σας. Ακόμη και το ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων του, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση, οι ανέσεις και όλα πολύ καλά!

First impression: very clean room with a huge bath tub. No wardrobe but has a hanging corner else, Had all basic necessities for a short stay. Beds were comfy with support and had different pillows, one soft and the other slightly more firm for each of us. Inconveniences: light switches next to entrance not next to bed and no power socket next to bed. Nearby are shop houses. Short drive away, Plaza pelangi has a supermarket, Watson, Guardian and SDS bakery. Overall, family was satisfied with our 2D1N stay.

Room was as expected. Service was excellent and lobby ambience and commodities were great (local biscuits tea and coffee). However, cleanliness was lacking, sink was dirty when we first entered and sheets had a small stain. Very weak noise cancellation but it is fine earplugs and eye mask provided. Counter staff was friendly and helpful!

once you walk in to the room the mouldy smell will welcome you. there is ants everywhere. the only things good about the room is the bed is rather comfortable. but for this price you can get something way better

hotel was really clean and aesthetic, had a water dispenser at every level too, worth the money!

2nd stay here and specifically opted for Ground floor, for the convienience. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in JB. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

We were impressed by the nice lobby and the excellent service provided by the receptionist, giving the hotel a boutique ambiance. The bathtub in the room was generously sized, and we were pleased with how well the water heater worked. Throughout the night, the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary shampoo and other amenities of good quality. However, there were some downsides to our stay. The room was disappointingly small, and its soundproofing left much to be desired. We could easily hear noises from adjacent neighbors and the corridor, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, the hotel's proximity to a KTV meant that we could hear loud singing clearly. Furthermore, our room on the first level was inconveniently located right outside the public toilet. Some parts of the walls in our room had noticeable mold, which was a cleanliness concern. Additionally, the hotel only provided one room card, which was inconvenient. If one person wanted to leave the room, the person inside would be left with no electricity, or they would have to get up and open the door for the person outside, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, there were only two wall sockets near the TV, which could be limiting for charging devices.

Booked for a one night stay (solo) Pros 1. Friendly staff, fast check in /check out procedures 2. Cosy environment. Nicely decorated space! 3. Water cooler conveniently located right outside the room. 4. Nice rooftop area with tables, recommended to go there at night, when the lights are lit up! Cons 1. The rooms are not really sound proof as I can hear noises from next door and corridor 2. Do take note of the road that the grab driver is supposed to turn into, as not all of the drivers are familiar with the route.
