I’m very happy and amazed by hotel front desk services! Stayed 3D2N. I emailed and reminded them on Wed 26th that my best friend actual birthday is yesterday 27th hopefully that’s a compliment cake. After we went out till late afternoon back was surprised to see the awesome decorations! We are so happy and highly recommend this hotel to stay for anyone who just needs a clean and quiet room 19th floor too😍 Was given early check in 11am+ without holding our luggage around😅 Will definitely stay here when I visit JB again!

Booked the last deluxe king room last minute on 15 June 2024. Room size is very small but considered clean and convenient for a one night stay. Location is good as it is just opposite Komtar JBCC. Parking was very limited and we couldn't find any lot when we are back from our supper.

Stayed for a night with friends.
Breakfast was decent, small selection but dishes were pretty delicious.
The lobby was efficient.
Rooms were okay, at least they were clean. Toilet could use a bit of a spruce up and shower curtains. There was a bidet which is a plus. There was no fridge in the room and water was chargeable RM3 per bottle.
Wifi is surprisingly strong in our room - 1216.
Beds were a bit hard but the pillows were really comfy.

Great location opposite Citysquare & Komtar Jbcc.
Beneath is an Irish pub playing live music quite loudly but my room on the 15th cannot hear anything luckily.
Overall a nice stay considering the gooo rates at such a convenient location near to food and shopping.
No frills, but ok for 1 or 2 nights.
Will return again.

Newly refurbished hotel. Used to stay here a few years ago before covid, now it looks better than previous.

Check in smoothly and place cash deposit. Checking out took a while as Front desk couldn't find deposit we placed for customer in front of me and also myself when it was my turn. Breakfast choice and quality was not satisfying.
