Located inside Ponorogo City Center, lobby at 1st floor. Parking area is outdoor. There's hypermart so its easy to buy things you need Room and bathroom are clean, just the bed sheets are stained, looks old and looks like hotel need to buy new ned sheets When i went there its not too crowded so very convenience in this covid pandemic. Free tea/coffee at lobby Breakfast is sufficient, they have egg corner, tea/coffee area, fruit, baked foods, porridge, and main course All the staffs are friendly. They also allow me to eat dinner at lobby area when i ordered via gofood. Lobby next to cinemax

Great place Nice clean

We stop by to have a good rest during our travel from Bali to Jakarta. Found a good deal in traveloka and decided to choose this hotel over Aston chain where we usually stay. The location in city center only 10 minutes from toll exit, surrounded by many restaurants and top rated food seller, very convenient to buy meals or oleh-oleh. Check in is efficient and health protocol is superb. They put scan of peduli lindungi in the entrance, sealed towel, disposable paper glass and sealed sandals. Double bed is king size so three of us (two adults and one 8 y.o) can sleep comfortably. The room is super clean with complete toiletries, hot and cold shower, complimentary water bottles, aircon, cable TV and breakfast. We ask the staffs to pack our breakfast in the morning and they come (very fast) with decent quantity and tasty packs. We got nasi, kwetiaw, two pcs of chicken, omelette, veggies and additional two water bottles. Usually we only received nasi, one piece of chicken or egg and sides (tempe/tahu) in the same level of hotel. Another thing caught our heart is the service and hospitality from staffs. When we arrived, the security immediately came and help to park the car and bring our luggage. The receptionist and other staffs we met in the corridor and throughout the facility, all with smiles and greetings. I would say this level of service and hospitality are on the top notched and never I expect from the 2 stars hotel. This one night stay is very memorable and impressed, BIG thanks!!!

The room is spacious.. bed size is quite big compare to other budget hotel with low price.. clean and comfortable.. the hotel staffs were nice and friendly.. the security was diligent continously mopping the floor that was wet because of heavy rain.

Located at the center of the city, both process check in and check out was ver smooth and fast. No hassle at all. One thing to improve at this segment is they did confirmation and confirmation again regarding to online reservation conducted by direct booking to the hotel. Across the stay it advertised of the free cofee and even the frontline said the coffee is free. But as we checked out at 07.00 the coffee was not ready yet not even sure how long does it will be have ready. No intention to pursue the serving. I would suggest, do not offer the free coffee if you not intended to. I prefer to pay instead of additional value added but at no value. At least to my experience. Shower handled need to clean as many of water stain heavily remain at all handles. Water pressure are enough as well as amenities as requested. But the towel seems too old to served. The smell had its strong bleach liquid. Better to add on fregrance on the surface before preserved for the customers. Overall room cleanliness was ok, quite comfortable bed and pillow. I had a good sleep so far. Parking has no ticket and control. Hopefully the security will secure all the motor vehicles parking at the hotel premises very well. They have a bunch slot for parking. And if you order food or having someone sending you stuff, they will put at security lot in front of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel due to a transit pit stop across the roadtrip and not many option of hotel chain or local hotel in Madiun. I would rate Aston in Madiun as 3.7 instead of 4 stars. They just renovate the lobby anyway.

I have stayed in a couple of high-rise hotels in town, but, despite its traditionally thin walls, Kali Catur becomes my go-to hotel in Madiun. The room was nestled in a lovely garden that refreshed us after a long drive from Jakarta. The breakfast was deliciously simple, and the staff welcoming at every turn.

Strategically located at the heart of Madiun City. Walking distance to the walking street and also night market. The hotel itself was abit old, but it was worth the price. It was a non smoking room, good thing is there is smoking spot right infront of each rooms.
