Bellice deluxe hotel amazing best and must visit location.Helpful amazing freindly staff and beautiful resort. Food in restaurants was very good. Bar was amazing. We likes it so much. Our kids also liked here. And it was their top time here. Thank you

This is our second time staying at the Bellis Hotel in the last 12 months . While our stay last year was excellent the weather was too warm for us last July so this year we decided to go for the end of April & it has been an absolute brilliant experience with everything from the friendly staff that can’t do enough for you to the beautiful food & the weather was just perfect . The holiday has been unreal , so much so that we are planning our next trip right away . Thank you to everyone that made this trip unbelievable & gave us a week we will never forget . Beautiful hotel,amazing pools, the best all inclusive I have ever been to.less than 10 mins in a taxi to belek and 5 mins taxi to land of legends , the food and drinks are fantastic in all bars and restaurants/ snack bars with great choices in all. Friendly staff however most struggled with English so most of the time the drinks we tried to order straight off the menu they couldn’t understand and kept getting wrong or had to wait to order until someone who spoke English could serve us ,same for reception felt like their was a major language barrier if you didn’t speak Turkish/ Russian. The spa is amazing and has very good deals. Kids club also great with an amazing play area for the kids. The shop and the hair salon there is ridiculously priced, €32 for a pair of kids goggles, packet of wipes €8 everything so expensive so would recommend avoiding it ,Same with the hair salon in the hotel was quoted €100 to have something redone we got for €30 the week previous, so would definitely avoid there too. however this didn’t take away from the experience just warning others to be cautious, would definitely return.

This was our fifth time at this hotel. We are in love with this place. We always choose jasmine pool rooms. The food, location and service are perfect. This year we were disappointed for the first time. The children's pool had cold water throughout our stay from October 3 to October 10. Only on the day of departure did the staff turn on the heating of the children's pool after the intervention of other families. We were very sad because the water in the children's pool should be warm to allow them to play and protect them from illness. On the last day of our stay, when the hotel staff turned on the heating in the children's pool, it was a lot of fun, but unfortunately we had to go home. To sum up, this year we will visit Bellis for the sixth time. If the water in the children's pool is cold, we will throw the relations lady into the water :) A hotel of this class cannot afford such a mistake. Turning on the pool heating earlier than planned will not result in many additional costs and may make our holidays as wonderful as in previous years. see you in October 2/10-10/10. 2024 :-)

the hotel attracted with its best service, this is the best hotel we have been to, we all really enjoyed it. We are satisfied with our wonderful stay😘😘😘 The staff is very polite and loving, lots of delicious, different food. Sweets are just the best🤗🤗🤗 we in general, We will definitely come again and again

I decided to stay at the Bellis Deluxe Hotel for our family reunion and my parents' anniversary at the same time. I had been searching for different hotels in the area and decided to go with Bellis Deluxe Hotel, and I don’t regret that decision. Everything was perfect during our vacation: room cleanliness, food preparation and diversity, animation team, and evening events. I want to give special attention to the service, which was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help and give you a couple of tips about staying in this hotel! I was also surprised by the fact that almost all of the staff can speak Russian, and everybody can understand your requests in Russian, which was super comfortable for my parents due to their limited English proficiency. The hotel is very huge, and we purposely took our vacation at the end of March when it's not too hot here. We weren’t bored for a second. The huge territory is perfect for exploring, with a horse park and zoo. I wasn’t expecting the zoo to be so good, despite its location on the hotel's premises, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to walk around, knowing how professionally the employees care for animals that cannot live in the wild due to various circumstances. The only con for me was the bar. They can make simple cocktails and cocktails from their list, but if you try to ask for something outside of that, they seem lost, even when you provide them with all the ingredients and proportions. I found a couple of bartenders who were on point, and whenever I saw them, I always tried to get my special drinks; otherwise, I would just go with simple cocktails. But this is nothing compared to my overall experience here! In conclusion, I will say that this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids, as there are lots of kids' activities around the whole hotel! I will definitely return here if I stay in this area again! Staying at the Bellis Deluxe at the moment. The hotel is extremely good. Every aspect of the hotel is spot on. The food tastes home made as opposed to mass produced with the absolute freshest of ingredients. The drinks are branded international , so things like cocktails taste as they should. Rooms look exactly like the pictures . Very international clientele. The thing I have also noticed is often hotels have smart public areas but can look tired and run down in places. Not the case here as even the beach toilets are immaculate. Staff are very friendly. Certainly the best all inclusive I have stayed at and one of the best hotels at any price. On this point the value is exceptional for the quality provided. The high score reviews on here are entirely justified.
