Amazing, great hospitality, great food

空調不好，房間舊，像桑拿房一樣，關掉空調也汗流浹背的，衹好開着門（通涼台）睡覺…，沒有窗户，不推薦

Eray and Ismail, very cool hotel guides, helped us throughout the entire vacation, were very nice and hospitable!!! Our vacation was amazing, thanks to these funny guys!!! They met us at the pier every morning and filled us with a fun atmosphere We will definitely come back hi guys!!!

I have stayed at the Kempinski Dome 8/9 times ( 4 within the past 18 months. The hotel staff are excellent as is the service. The reception staff are helpful and always give us a warm, friendly and professional welcome. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name ( sorry ) who helped us yesterday to arrange a late check out she is wonderful. Last year ( my friend lost her passport ) and this lovely receptionist couldn’t help us enough to arrange a new passport etc…. Yesterday she was once again eager to help with our questions and late check out. Nudret ( breakfast waitress and also lunch at the beach bar ) is attentive and spoils her guests, she is wonderful and attentive and fun. She looks after us ( while still looking after the other guests ). Breakfast is fabulous at the main dinning area in the hotel. Lots to choose from and plenty of staff to help guests. The beach bar is bliss. The menu is great and there are lots to choose from it snd the food is delish. I love to shrimp casserole, the pide, the Mongolian beef all the salads This September we dined at Sofra 4 times. Tufan, Kadir, Ali and Cebril ( I apologise if I have missed anyone ) are professional, however full of fun and extremely attentive to the guests. Nothing was a bother ( I had them in speed dial to fill up my mini bar several times throughout the week ) and while dinning at the Sofra the service was exemplary. The FOOD was outstanding. Each meal was delicious, I had the Sea food risotto ( Diane had it twice with. 3 days … yummy and one of the best risottos I have had ) The shrimp tempura was so good we had it on each visit as sharing plates along with the Meze starter. The beef tenderloin (Christine snd Liz loved this ) was excellent. The puddings were brill. I ( nor my friends ) can find any fault or have any cause for complain about our times in Kempinski. We love the Kempinski and also now love Sofra. We golf the Pasha and Sultan. The staff Yasam ( pro-shop ) is super helpful and always happy to help with our Tee-times and any other golf questions. He is helpful and a joy to deal with. A friendly, helpful face who always has a smile when we arrive. The courses are in excellent condition and fun ( albeit challenging at times : you really need to plot your way around them ) However although challenging ( for me ) they are still score-able and very enjoyable. Temptation ( sultan course ) and Dilemma ( Pasha course ) are my favourite holes. Mehmet …… what can I say . He is our Ice Angel ( brought ice to us throughout our golf games ( 33 plus degree : so very hot snd sticky ) Mehmet works for the Antalya Golf Club. He is helpful, kind snd very thoughtful. As with all the staff nothing is a problem and he is eager to help with our needs ( ice, water, and …. Yes that ever important Chilled White Wine at the 19th hole ) Without exception the staff at the Kempinski Dome and Antalya Golf Club genuinely want their guests to have the best p

Stayed at the Kempinski Dome with a golf group booked via a golf package company. The hotel was very boring with no entertainment...food was very similar day after day...lack of sunbeds meant that guests were struggling to find a free bed by the pool...the food at the beach bar was uninspiring and boring... lack of staff in the main bar areas to order drinks from. The bedroom although roomy was dark and boring...loose wires behind the sofa were a hazard...the air conditioning unit didn't work properly and despite asking for help, it was not fixed. The ladies in red were not particularly helpful... Would not recommend this hotel for golf groups as little to do unless you entertain yourselves... Overall the hotel lacked atmosphere and is not suitable for golf groups who would enjoy evening entertainment and a relaxing lie down after golf as there will be no beds available by the pool.

Just returned from the Kempinski the Dome in Belek. What stands out with this hotel is how helpful and friendly all the staff are. Nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff and the bell boys set the tone with their delightful welcome. Nudret the waitress at breakfast very quickly worked out what we liked and was a delight throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast and lunch is wonderful. The evening meal was very tasty but unfortunately was only warm not hot. This did spoil the good quality food on offer. I can’t wait to return in September

We stayed at the Dome Kempinski for 3 days.  What struck me was the professional and friendly staff right from check in to the restaurants,  beach bar and room service.  Nothing was too difficult for them and they always responded efficiently with a smile. Thank you to the front desk manager,  Damla and Ahmet.  You are amazing.  Facilities are excellent. The spa area with hamam was ethereal. Restaurants are scattered over with food served throughout the day. The all inclusive buffet was okay though.  But the freshly made guzleme and pasta were excellent.  Most of the guests are middle aged to elderly adults and there is no loud entertainment or multiple fitness classes available. The adjoining hotels cater to youngsters so can pop in there for the evening fun.  Watersports on site too. Beaches are sandy and beautiful.  No issues with beach beds at all throughout the day.  

The staff took care of personal needs and special orders like green smoothy and sugerless cacao drinks. We would like to highlight the excellent service of Mehmet at dinner restaurant and Ismail at the peer bar. Also our lady in red, Ms Damla took care of our personal needs.

The service was very kind and professional. Especially Murat Dogan yilmaz. The food was amazing , I will come back again! Also the bed waS very comfy and the interior design was very nice and qualitativ. Most of all I like the personal service very much
