We chose to stay at The Pyramids Eye Hotel and we were not disappointed The Pyramids Eye Is at the Premium end of the 3 star category of Hotels in Giza Cario. The 3 star category includes other notable hotels but not at the affordable prices offered by The Pyramids Eye in the heart of the Giza attractions within easy access I am pleased to say that the Pyramids Eye has great disability access, including ramps and lifts to every floor, and wide access doors. The Pyramids Eye easily has the best views of the Pyramids of Giza, which makes for great selfies day or night from Rooftop Restaurant, which offers great local cuisine The beds are clean and just what you need after flying and make for a refreshing start to begin your tour of Cairo. The rooms include a power shower and amazing air conditioning The Staff at The Pyramids Eye Hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming which generally reflects the spirit of the Cairo people. I couldn’t fault this place - SAYED the manager was superb. The room we had was great, views exceptional, food was great and most importantly they made us feel special. The tour guide provided to us was outstanding too. You guys have the greatest team !! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel, avant de l’annuler (le jour d’avant notre arrivé) à la lecture des commentaires. Cependant l’hôtel n’avais pas pris en compte notre annulation et avons pris le chauffeur envoyé par l’hôtel (en pensant qu’il s’agissait du chauffeur de notre nouvel hôtel). Lorsque nous y sommes arrivés et avons constaté qu’il ne s’agissait pas du bon hôtel, le manageur s’est monté très agressif, est rentré dans le taxi pour nous menacer et nous demandant pourquoi nous avons annulé notre réservation. Je recommande a tous le monde de rester loin de cet hôtel et de son personnel horrible. Fabio

El hotel no es lo que aparenta en las fotos, es un truco de fotografía. Se ve demasiado elegante, y a pesar de sí lucir la habitación como en Booking, está muy lejos de tener 4 estrellas. Tiene demasiados detalles que dejan mucho que desear si prestas atención. En nuestra primera noche nos hospedaron en una habitación en el segundo nivel y parecía un cuarto de motel sin amenidades, sin papel higiénico, jabón de manos y súper barato. Daba miedo dormir en ese piso, parecía un guetto. Nosotros pagamos por una Superior con vista directa a las pirámides de Giza, pero al quejarnos nos dijeron que al día siguiente tendríamos nuestra habitación ya que había un huésped durmiendo ahí y no sé ni por qué razón. Pedí un descuento y me lo dieron, fueron alrededor de 17€. Sólo el 5to y 6to piso son algo "decentes" para turistas. El hotel esta en obra negra en sí con cuartos de muuuy baja categoría. Una vez ya en nuestra habitación notamos la diferencia pero aún así persistían muchos detalles como suciedad, falta de amenidades, sin servicio de limpieza (tenías que pedirla directamente en la recepción y ni es tan buena a fin de cuentas: encontré goma de mascar en el suelo, cabellos, etc), falla de internet constante, y muebles desgastados. Nunca cambiaron toallas, y cosas como: plancha y papel higiénico tenías que pedirlo por tu cuenta en la recepción. Habían muchos recepcionistas, y sólo uno era fluido con su inglés. La mayoría sólo hace su trabajo, con excepción de unos pocos que se muestran más atentos a tus necesidades. El Buffet es decente y comestible pero no esperes ver nada bonito o lujoso. El staff de cocina es amable y te preparan lo que les pidas extra al menú. Lo único que salva a éste hotel es la tremenda vista directa a las pirámides, eso sí vale la pena pagar. Es impresionante!! En general no volvería a hospedarme aquí. Cuidado con las primeras impresiones en fotografías y lo que esperas del hotel.
