I arrived about 8:30pm and a very nice woman greeted me and spent time sharing knowledge of the area. She was most helpful all around, I greatly appreciated it as a long day of driving and hiking!

Close to town, kitchenette allowed us to do our own cooking. Would be nice to add a frying pan and a large bowl to kitchen however! Very spacious and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Property located one block back from the main street. Nice quiet location. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Host was very nice and Kaikoura is a lovely town

Really nice experience. Room had everything well thought out as to what a traveller might need. Comfortable bed and beautifully clean throughout. Units were arranged around a kind of central area and had a laundry with both washer and dryer available. Close to the rest of Kaikoura which is a lovely place to stop with many shops close to the hotel. Highly recommend

Nice service, but quite dated place. Not the best cleaning and limitations to what you could cook in the kitchen. Smell of the bathroom was quite strong. Location is pretty good though.

Very noisey apartment right on the road.
Poor value for the money only 2 teabags to use.
