Pokoje w tym hotelu są koszmarne. Jesteśmy tu drugi dzień i przeraża nas, że spędzimy w tych warunkach kolejny tydzień. Trafiliśmy do pokoju rodzinnego, po którym roznosi się zatęchły zapach z łazienki. W łazience rdza i brud na ścianach. Mydło w starych zużytych pojemnikach. Żadnej wentylacji. Klimatyzacja w pokoju sterowana centralnie i nie można ustawić temperatury, a jedynie siłę nadmuchu. Żeby odpowiednio schłodzić pokój, trzeba ustawić nadmuch na pełną moc, bo klimatyzacja ledwo działa. Przy pełnych obrotach huk jak na lotnisku i przy takim hałasie spędziliśmy całą noc. Obsługa odpowiada, że nic się nie da z tym zrobić. W żadnym wypadku nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu. Czujemy się oszukani. Odradzam wakacje w tym hotelu.

The hotel is good on the first and second view. At our 10 days stay I have noticed a few things which I don't like. The room service is not really cleaning the room. For example the toilett will not be cleaned. The floor is not cleaned every day so that there are hairs and dust and sand. Weh hat insects in our room after 5 days. The have act immediatly and have helfen but 2 days later the came again. But the people are very nice and friendly. In total the hotel is okay but I would not recommened is unfortunately.

The hotel may not be of the first youth, but it is definitely clean, it is very well planned and nicely located because it is right next to the beach, where each guest can find a place for themselves. There is a more entertaining part and a calmer part of the so-called taverns where you can relax or eat something outdoors. Two large swimming pools for children and adults and a small swimming pool for children are the main attractions. Nice slide for children a little older (plus 5) - my 5-year-olds had a great time there :-) The water temperature in July in the pools was optimal - the children felt in the pool like fish in water and did not want to leave it. The hotel staff deserves a very big plus (very friendly, communicating easily in English) and the animations for the youngest, including adults, should be appreciated above all. Polish animators - a revelation :-) Paulina and Jakub professionally took care of our children during the day. Lovely, creative, trustworthy young people. The children were satisfied with the activities and wanted to go to the air-conditioned mini-club. The hotel has access to a pebble beach. The descent to the sea at the beginning is pebble and pebble, then sand, crystal water. Showers to rinse off with salt water, and the right number of beach chairs - there was no shortage for anyone, both by the beach and in the pool area. Water equipment rental near the hotel: boats, water scooters. To sum up, there was really nothing to complain about. Food and drinks were great: fruit, ice cream, and a variety of drinks for children and adults. The culture of other guests from different countries (Poles, Germans, Italians, Czechs) also on the level. For two weeks, being there with my family, we felt really good. To sum up a strong 4.5 stars out of 5.

In general hotel is clean and some areas are renovated which makes good first impression. Once you stay there you starting to notice that hotel is old and some areas are not even fully safe. Some Servicemembers does not care too much about your problems. Room is clean, but very often after cleaning, some towels are missing. Air condition is extremely loud, if you try to open your window during the night - then you mosquitos and also extra noise. So you won't sleep well there. Miniclub for kids in september was extremely boring and sometimes kids were running away from there as nothing interesting was happening there. It was normal that you could find some old pins on the miniclub walls. Also in the swimming pools kids were sometimes bit injured because of missing tiles or broken tiles with sharp edges. If you think that you have a chance for late check-out, reception will tell you that of course, no issues, it cost around 65 euro and you can come and decide on day in advance. But when you try to book late check-out, they are not nice anymore, and tell you to come at the day of your departure after breakfast, so an hour before normal check-out, and then they can also tell you - sorry we cannot help you anymore.... They are nice when you come and not nice anymore when you leave :-/. Food was average and no variety during the time, if you like sea-food, then forgot about that in this hotel as it is not tasty at all., very often overcooked with no taste.

Perfect hotel for families with children: all the facilities are accomodated for kids, even the restrooms in the kids club. The team is super kind and treats every request with a smile and can do approach. The hotel is located near the City of Rhodes, with good public transportation near by. Very recommended!

Our holiday was truly memorable, and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. My daughters, aged 8 and 3, had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Especially the restaurant staff at all meal times. A special mention goes to Dimitris, the restaurant manager, whose warm welcome and hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The variety and quality of food provided were excellent, and we were well taken care of with plenty of delicious meals and drinks throughout the day. The kids especially loved the endless supply of treats like waffles, ice cream, popcorn, and cotton candy during the afternoons. 2 pools, splash kids pool , water slide and the beach... what more do you need; especially for the kids ... Very friendly animation team as well. Yoga , Zumba and kids entertainment throughout the day. The facilities, including the 2 pools, splash kids pool, water slide, and beach, provided endless entertainment for the children. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities like yoga, Zumba, and kids' entertainment, keeping everyone engaged and entertained. My girls loved the waterslide with endless rounds. The lifeguard was a very friendly lady who was always keeping an eye on the kids. Waterpark was closed during our stay as it was April. While the rooms were not extravagant, they served their purpose well as we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. We did encounter some noise disturbances in the corridor at night, but it would be really up to the guests who were walking, chatting and giggling to be considerate of others especially late in the night. I would suggest a shower in the bath in addition to the hand shower . washing kids was a little difficult as the bathtub screen was fixed to the tub and could not be moved. A special mention goes to the hotel for making my daughter's 8th birthday extra special with a generous cake and the greeting card. It was a delightful surprise that she truly cherished. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

An absolutely brilliant hotel we stayed 4 nights and it was the perfect place to relax and have some great food! Compliments to all the staff at the hotel they were always kind and helpful and the animation team were always happy and full of energy! The three singers we saw at the entertainment were an absolute joy to watch and actually drove my wife to tears they were that good! Would definitely come again to this amazing Hotel. P.S just a quick question for the hotel, what coffee does the hotel use in there machines? My wife went nuts for it and I would like to order her some.

Travelled here with a party of 12. 3 families of 4 with 6 children aged 7 up to 10. We arrived at 1am and had to queue to check in. There was no offer of food or any thing after a long day travelling which was a little disappointing. We were given room 7209 which has no pool view but a family room. The room does have a hairdryer. The shower was my first issue. It's attached to bath on a low down bracket so you have to hold it above your head. No relaxing showers this holiday. They were often cold anyway. Twice we had no hot water during a wk stay. This being said there weren't many negatives so we made do. Agree with the comments about the noisy maids. They obviously have started their day and forget we are all sleeping. Our room was near their cupboard and we were woken at 7am every day. The hotel has a well equipped gym for those exercise people. The hotel is right on the beach and you can do pedalos for free. There is other watersports for a fee. We hired a small boat and toured some local bays. Which I would recommend. The beach is gravel rather than sand. The animation team were great. My family enjoyed bowls, darts and volleyball. I enjoyed the aerobics. The kids club wasn't the best. Seemed a bit unorganised. The bar menu was really good and I have to say the food available was fantastic. My kids loved the donuts, candyfloss and popcorn and ice cream. The restaurant food was good and a lot of choice. Always fresh pizza. We enjoyed lunch where there was always gyros. When we were there we only had one night with entertainment probably due to season but we had a large group so played cards. Think if had been ourselves we would have got bored of an evening. We lucked out with weather and spent every day by pool where there are loads of beds. Pools were chilly but didn't stop anyone getting in. It's a short transfer from the airport about 20/25 minutes. Overall we would return to this hotel.

Arrived and check in was quick with no issues staff very friendly. Room was amazing with a great sea view. Room was spotless. Fridge worked and had drinks inside. Bathroom was very good as it had a step in shower and wasnt to high to get in. Lots of choice for the food and restuarant staff were also very friendly. Try the honey at breakfast it is the best i have ever tried. Animations team were excellent although we had no kids with us they still talked to us and kept the children busy all day up until 10pm. Cleaning staff very friendly and very quick at room cleaning. 3 pools to choose from and various bars to have drinks at with lots of room. If you dont want to sit inside to have meals there is the option to sit outside. There is options also instead of eating inside or taking the food outside there is sandwhiches and baugettes at the bar to take pool side or to the beach. Myself and my partner really enjoyed and will be back as it was perfect for us for a few days break and will come back at low season. There is a supermarket in the hotel as well and the nearest pharmacy is 5 minutes walk outside to get painkillers with a lovely little cafe and souvenir shop on the same block. There is also an atm opposite the hotel which is great if you need cash. Coffee in the morning is also available in the mainbar to take back to the room when you wake up if you like coffee. The only small thing i can say i didnt like was there was 4 or 5 german tv channels and 3 or 4 french channels the only english channels were bbc news and sky news please could there be an english channel on the tv showing anyform of english speaking drama or movies as its nic3 when getting changed to have something different besides the news as on a holiday we come away for a break.
