Good location, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired, from 7 days only once changed towels without cleanliness, I found ants in the room and in bed. Breakfast was the same every day, with boiled eggs, small sausages, soy cheese and ham slices that you couldn't touch, you couldn't eat, and dinner was almost the same, every night, baked chicken with rice with vegetables, garnish, beans pods or sweet corn. I do not recommend this resort

Great place! The people who run this place are great! Very nice rooms! Nice big swimming pool, also good food, pool table and many more things to discover. Close to the beach and shops. Second time here!

The worst place I have ever been. Food is the same every day,based on the leftover. No drink at dinner at 36C. Desert cannot be commented. Staff was doing cleaning at 17.30 without gloves, serving food at 18.0 Dont book here.

The hotel is about 3-400m from the beach and around 150 to the main road in Faliraki. It has a nice pool, well maintained with sunbeds and umbrellas which are free. The room was average, with a nice balcony, but the bathroom was quite poor and in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. That is why probably there were signs of mold on the corners. The style of the hotel is not consistent with a lot of colors all over the place. Breakfast buffet was good, mostly the same food daily, but with enough variety for everyone. It opened early so that was a plus. For the dinner buffet there was a nice variety and again the food was good! Staff was ok and helped with different questions. All in all it was a good experience, if we exclude the bathroom part of the room.

The room was fine, only the bathroom (like everywhere) was not of high quality. It was a long walk to the sea, 0.8 km in total. It was not possible to pay by card. The delegate (Blue-style) was very arrogant. He was lecturing me how to react when I'm in trouble. He had an absolute inability to show empathy. Dinners were poorer, breakfasts were fine in the hotel.

How should I start? If somebody writes a review with "Food was delicious" he is lying. Breakfast - try to eat small sausages with beans in tomato sauce everyday without any bread, only with cheapest toasts. We were not very demanding but to provide only boiled eggs and no scrambled eggs not even for one day was very disappointing. Dinner time - not even glass of water for free, you have to pay for drinks! Again poor choices of meat with no potatoes/fries. You can have only a rice with lots of veggies almost every day. After 3 nights we had enough. Pool bar is not existing, only few sunbeds available and air-con? You have to pay for it 7 euros even in peak season. We couldn´t stay in the room without it on the 3rd floor. At least room and bathroom were clean. The hotel lacked any kind of atmosphere. The location was alright though, off the main road and main street with restaurants and bars. Approx. 8 min walk to nice beach. I don´t want to sound too negative, but comparing to another 3 star hotel in Crete (where we had nice pool bar with greek music and greek nights) and much better food choices, this hotel doesn´t deserve 3 stars.

Really good hotel and excellent service! Rooms were really clean and nice. Food was delicious and always on time! Staff is very friendly and kind. I’ve had a really great time there and I’m looking forward visiting again!

Hotel ubicato in un ottimo posto, potrebbe avere un grande potenziale,ma è rivolto esclusivamente ad una clientela tedesca ed americana. Colazione dolce quasi assente, a cena pollo , fagioli,mais , crauti ecc riproposti per 7 giorni consecutivi, una tragedia per gli italiani. Buona la piscina aperta 24 ore, pulizia camera scarsa ,ogni 3 giorni. Sicuramente non ci torneremo, ma sappiamo bene che noi italiani siamo abituati al nostro made in Italy che non ha nessun rivale, sia per la pulizia che per accoglienza e buon cibo! Però Rodi,merita veramente di essere visitata!!!

Vorab: geht nicht in dieses Hotel. Do not book this hotel (at any price). Wir haben dieses Hotel online gebucht, das war ein Fehler. Wir werden uns auch bei Check 24 Beschweren, weil hier eine „weitermepflungsquote von ~75% genannt ist“ was absoluter Quatsch sein muss. Frühstück: Das Frühstück ist Ok, man findet etwas zu essen. Und das wär genau der billigste Toast mit schlecht schmeckender Marmelade. Es gibt wirklich jeden Tag 1:1 das gleiche, keine Variation. Generell ist das ganze Buffet auf zu engem Raum aufgebaut für die ganzen Gäste. Man behindert sich gegenseitig. Die Säfte sind viel zu bitter oder zu süß. Die Behälter in denen die Säfte sind laufen aus. Das was ausgelaufen ist, wird oben wieder rein geschüttet. Wurst und Käse sind für Leute, die gerne etwas Geschmack im Mund hätten, falsch. Es schmeckt absolut nach nichts (es gibt einen Lidl 5 km entfernt, hier sollten die mal einkaufen gehen). Es gibt genau Filter kaffe mit kalter Milch, das war’s auch schon an Heissgetränken. Das Müsli schmeckt nach nichts, als würde es schon seit 5 Jahren in den Behältern vor sich hin Staub fangen. Abendessen: am ersten Abend waren wir positiver Dinge: es gab Mousska (Griechisches Gericht). Das war’s dann aber auch schon mit dem Griechenland-Faktor ab abendbuffet (für den restlichen Aufenthalt). Es gab sonst nur komisches Fleisch (nicht beschriftet und undefinierbar) in Soße mit irgendwelchem Gemüse. Reis gab es auch, der auch ok war. Aber ohne Beilage hilft auch ein guter Reis nichts. Es gab Gemüse das in warmen Wasser einlag (Bohnen, Blumenkohl etc), das sieht aus als würde es dort schon seit 5 Wochen liegen. Aber was soll ich zu den Hauptgerichten sagen, wenn das beste daran an zwei Tagen hier Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße war (hmmmmm richtig traditionell griechisch - IRONIE!). Als Nachspeise gab es IMMER Melone, und komischen Glibber, der viel zu süß war. Beim salatbuffet hat dann schließlich auch der Vegetarier was gefunden: genau Tomaten-Gurken-Salat. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war anfangs nicht richtig sauber. Der Boden klebte, der Kühlschrank war nicht ausgewaschen, er war dreckig. Auf Anfrage, man solle bitte den Kühlschrank putzen, kam nur die Frage „wo er denn dreckig sei“. Die Putzkraft hat es nicht gesehen, bis ich schließlich meinen Finger genommen habe und direkt durch den dreck gezogen habe, und dem Mann unter die Nase gehalten habe. Dann wurde (genervt) ein Lappen geholt und durchgewischt. Es wurde nicht eingesehen, dass etwas dreckig ist sondern eine dumme Ausrede genannt, „das Haus seie ja alt“ - was auch immer das mit ordentlich putzen zu tun hat. Service: kein Service vorhanden. Die Frau hinter der Bar (Chefs Tochter oder Frau) war soo unfreundlich. Sie hat die Leute nicht mit „hallo, könnten sie bitte..“ angesprochen sondern harsch Befehle gegeben, was man hier als Gast zu tun hat (Tabeltts wegbringen zB.).
