Room was pretty good, however for the price we paid for the room (king bed suite), I expect the sofa-bed to have bedding, and a coffee pot of some sort in the room. In todays age a guest shouldn't have to go to the front desk to get a coffee in the morning

We were not able to stay, as their policy (not posted) is that no locals can stay there. So our night was ruined, and i assume the room sat empty.

I wish that our room had been heated for us on arrival, it was freezing. Also our smoke alarm was beeping, indicating low battery. But overall our room is really nice.

Fantastic place, loved the room! Comfy bed, nice carpet, super clean room! Also forgot an item and the worker was great about helping us get what we needed! 10/10 for sure!

We loved this hotel. It is newer, and everything is in great condition and clean. It is a small hotel and feels more like an apartment building, and we liked that. Room was wonderful and we definitely recommend this hotel.

Very average property, had to park at the back of the building and there was no rear entrance to the hotel so had to walk around to the front in the dark with limited lighting.

we are not happy about us being charged american funds as we are canadian. and there was no coffee in the room, and no hair dryer. please give us the answer for charges in american funds

Staff was courteous and helpful. The lobby, elevator, and rooms were clean, however the sofa-sleeper in our room had stains on the cushions. Had to go to the lobby and ask for bedding for the sofa as there wasn't a set in the room even though we were a party of three. Otherwise, it was fine.
