I recommend for Ko Saw Maung Hein and teams as Marine guide at Victoria cliff. They all are friendly and help us what we require patiently. Ko Saw Maung Hein explained about famous islands clearly. We satified their services. I recommend that he is very nice guide for us.

It is by far the amazing and adventurous experience I had. It was truly remarkable and filled with adventure. The hospitality, particularly on Nyaung Oo Phee Island, was exceptional. The warmth and welcome extended to travelers made it effortless for us to seamlessly become part of the environment. The staff were not only friendly but also adept photographers. They ensure that we felt comfortable and embraced throughout our stay. Exploding various types of coral formation and observing diverse marine life while snorkeling is a thrilling and fascinating experience. Special mention goes to our guide, Nyi Zaw Oo, whose guidance and companionship significantly contributed to making the trip unforgettable.

All the staff was very attentive and the place is very beautiful ! highly recommended, wonderful views, it felt like at home, they helped with the visas and everything was easy and rewarding . The massage spa area was also great and the restaurant too !

When I booked I had thought Victoria Cliff would be a sort of intimate family hotel with staff able to organise island trips, it turned out to be a full-fledged sophisticated resort very well engineered very well maintained pleasant but could too well for the western adventurer : everything modern, stylish and in working order : aircon, toilet, shower etc. clean swimming pool, clean rooms and not the least a stunning view over the peaceful bay. The staff at the restaurant and the reception were very friendly and helpful. Ko Saw the marine guide to Horsehoe island was particularly friendly, attentive and professional. However, on the day of my arrival VC had commissioned a third party for my first island trip to happen the next day and which turned out unsatisfactory to say the least, with a rather unpleasant strategy by the Thai boat company to hop me out of the trip. I can not recommend enough the commissioned lady to follow the application of non ASEAN customers more closely. I understood later that the current administration make permissions to non ASEAN citizens too complicated for excursions to happened smoothly within only 36 hours. To make up for this unpleasant mishap the management of VC refunded and compensated me with a free meal and an upgrade on another excursion to their Nyaung Phee branch, although still disappointed the effort was appreciated. .

Food, lodging, services, staff, view...all awesome. Thank you so much for your hospitality and experiences you've created for us. We will for sure come back and stay again, highly highly recommended to all.

Vc10 has good service,very friendly family type,im glad they are our guide Next time we come here,i would love to meet them again. Views in Nyaung Oo Phee island is the best in myanmar,very clean,hotel employes are nice formal and cute tooXD.

This is arguable the best experience I have ever had so far. Everything was great especially the staff who were really really amiable; Plus, the fire dance was an extra treat you won’t want to miss. I would also like to give a special thank to Guide Nyi Zaw Oo who had shown us around and made our trip worthwhile and memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at the Victoria Cliff during our Kawthaung trip . Every staff member I encountered, were so delightful and always eager to help. They were friendly with great attitude and always available. My stay at there was a really something special and satisfied with their excellent service. We were welcomed by Aung Paing Soe, our guide with friendly smile and warm personality for the island tour. He deserved special thanks as we thoroughly enjoyed the trip from the very start till the end. He took a very good care of us and helped a lot during our snorkeling and scuba diving time as well. I had a wonderful experience and felt so satisfied with zero worry even though it was my 1st time. Oh yah with his help, I also got a chance to tried kayaking (my 1st time as well). He was so skillful and patient to take photos of us even though he was busy planning on the other hand. Really appreciated 🫶🏼 Without a doubt, I will definitely recommend to my friends and double ‘Yess’ to go again. 👍🏻👍🏻 The food, the polite and hospitality staff, their performance after dinner time (especially fire dance), the cleanliness… 10 out to 10 💯
