Hotel maintenance is zero, service to amenities are very pathetic to stay. Bath fitting to mirror, commode, shampoo dispenser are not working. You will feel bad to stay in hotel.

We had 1 room booked for 3 adult pax that is 1 family. When went for dinner dinner was denied by telling it is allowed only for 2 heads as we have instructed by makemytrip and only rs 600. 00 worth of food you can have and you need to pay for 3rd person dinner. When confronted and heated talk they allowded saying for these all makemytrip is responsible. I suggest you to duelist this hotel acts as confued and looter

Good experience during my stay time i have enjoyed well all the staff members are good
even though i have faced some difficulty in the lock as my access card was not working the staff members has resolved the same in no time

Rooms are small, shower not working properly, food is ok, swimming pool not functional, gym is very small. Over all the experience in this hotel is average.

They are cheater. They sold out our prebooked and confirmed stay. Complaints about similar incidents seems are very true. Behaviour is very unprofessional and there is no accountability of poor behaviour of hotel staff. They are just passing the bucks. Should avoid this hotel. THEY ARE CHEATERS.

Talking about amenities…soiled towels were given ..no toiletries ..and to sum up …it was a horrible stay at the midst of such a great city.

Complimentary bf quality gone down. Option reduced. As compare to earlier. Tariff vs room quality not match.

Below average hotel. AC do not work properly mattresses are not comfortable….. smelly rooms….. although staff try to help but this hotel needs renovation.
