Unique hotel and decor. They had a nice gym. Live jazz at night for dinner. Good food and drink options. Starbucks available early morning in the lobby. Enjoy my stay everytime I come here. Best play to stay in the west end of Ottawa

Very friendly staff, quiet area, good dining with live music. Very nice rooms.
There are EV Chargers in the parking garage. One was not working and staff were unable to tell me when they might be fixed or what the plan was to get repairs done. I asked several times during my 3 day stay.

Nice rooms and good restaurant options, but a few too many add-on charges such as high-speed interment, plus limited TV selections.

Brooke Street is always amazing. I wish they didn’t lie to us that the teams don’t stay there in hockey when they play the Ottawa Senators but I guess I understand we enjoyed the pool my son and I and the rooms the beds are so comfortable is a good stay as usual we have stayed there at least 10 times before

We live in ottawa. Me and my wife like to come here to go to the jazz bar, we have also stayed here a few times , plus i put my mother in a room here for Christmas night a couple years in a row now. We find the service in Options lounge to be fantastic , we have been here on quite a few occasions and the staff has always given us 5 star service.
This visit was a little different with the check in this time. My room card was deactivated on sat. for a mistake the front desk made with my check in and the deposit on my credit card. They had my cell phone number they could have just called. Anyways we found it quite rude for the circumstances as we were only going to stay 1 night but ended up staying an extra night. We really enjoy the night out at the lounge but would think longer about staying over again.

Stumbled across this hotel by accident with a late booking and was so happy I did. The service the rooms, the meal options did not disappoint. In fact far surpassed expectations would definitely book back here again.

First time in Kanata so also first time at Brookstreet. Lovely hotel, great restaurant and friendly staff.

It was my first time staying at Brookstreet . The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. I did encounter a couple issues. I have a fear of elevators. Our room was on the 6th floor , so assumed that the stairs wouldn’t be an issue. At check in , I asked the lady about the stairs. She went and talked to someone and then gave me directions. I was told to take the escalator to the second floor and then pass the flex gym then proceed to the stairs . Escalator wasn’t working . The lady that was there tried to help me find some stairs . She went up a few different routes while I waited . Every route she took a door was locked . She went and got another gentlemen who then got security. It took them a while to figure it out . They did find me a way up eventually but it was such a hassle . I didn’t want to bug people everytime I left or returned to the hotel. I was told for security reasons they lock the doors which I understand . They said it’s easy to get down , just getting up was the issue . Well I tried and doors were still locked . I ended up having to take the elevator number of times . We even stayed in and got room service because I didn’t want to leave the hotel and take the elevator. I understand to some it seems silly to be scared of going in an elevator, but to me it’s something I try really hard to avoid. So that was disappointing and the fact no one seemed to be able to figure it out was concerning. What would happen if there was an emergency or a fire .
