Not so good service poor room ok but services are not good no one is able to help on counter bill not provided

Location main busy area with food, shopping and all amenities available near hotel, food in hotel costly and upto quality as price,

A mixed bag - not quite up to hype rating: 3/5 i recently stayed at this hotel on jun e 18th, and unfortunately, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. While the hotel had its moments, there were some notable disappointments. The property's exterior and common areas looked impressive, just like the photos. However, the room itself was a letdown. It was smaller than expected, and the amenities didn't quite match the luxury standards advertised and price of room. The service was friendly, but not exceptional. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took some time to get assistance with basic requests. Overall, my stay was average at best. While this hotel has potential, it falls short of the high expectations set by its presence. With some improvements, it could truly shine.

Worst hotel ever. We stayed in this hotel on 04/06/24, we were given 2 rooms for a family of 4 adults & 3 children on 2nd floor. We had a terrible experience in this hotel. 1) Wifi not working 2) Washrooms had a very bad smell. 3) They dont provide soaps, etc without asking 4) TV doesnot work, no recharge 5) Lots of electricals faults- Door bell not working & All lights goes off itself after some time. 6) Bed linens were very dirty 7) Door locks were broken 8) Most dangerous is the lift, which can stop anytime in between and only carries 1 person at a time. 9) We were given rooms with breakfast for 4 Adults & 3 Children, but later they refused, so not at all reliable. Any unlucky person staying here must take it in writing from them before check-in. 10) The hotel staff puts off the AC from mains, to save electricity, so that the customer doesnot uses it & refuses to provide AC. 11) Worst part is the Misbehaving staff especially Mr. Sandeep & Mr. Pankaj at the reception and Deepak Gaur (Worst), a sales person, who claims himself to be the owner of this hotel. They behave like goons, come to the room for fight, when you complaint. We felt like we are not on holiday, but to get the hotel repaired, cleaned and fight. Not at all safe to stay. This all happens because they are not afraid of the complaints, since there is no owner to listen and they only believe their staff.

Tv was not working, wi-fi was not working properly, network issue, dirty curtain and bed sheet was not cleaned properly

Amazing hotel staff is to good love the food quick sarvice, amazing love service. All staff behaviour very polite and respectful.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The view from rooms is really good. Food is delicious. Staff was also very polite.

Very good place to visit with friends & family. Rooms are very spacious. Parking facility available. Staff is super cooperative. They are chargeable. Quality of food is also very very gud. Yummy food. Would defiantly recommend this hotel for saty in mcleodgunj. The mountain view is awesome.

The stay at trinity heights was very comfortable as the staff is very friendly, cordial and welcoming. The ambiance was great and the food was also amazing.
