About this space
Swastha Heritage Homestay is located in a place called Kaniyambetta which is in center of Wayanad district which makes site seeing all over Wayanad easy. This homestay is 102 years old Kerala Tharavad model Homestay which is just renovated into new form without distroying the old style and architecture.There are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate normally 11 guests(max 13 guests with Extra beds)

The main features of Homestays are as follow:
* Neat and clean European style bathroom with 24*7 hot and cold water.
* Camp fire(700 Rs) only for your group ( private)
*kitchen is available and costs 600 for a day as service charge ( stove gas and basic utensils available)
* Tea coffee will be available 24*7
* WiFi and LED TVs are available.
* Both outdoor indoor games are available.
* 24*7 power backup
* Care taker will be available full time
* Mini KItchen
* We help to guide you to reach our homestays without any problems by providing exact location and on-call phone assistance and help you to plan local site seeing
*Coffee and paddy Plantation walk and proper itinerary for Wayanad

The homestay is located at a really good place. It is easily accessible and provides you with the privacy as well. The place as I think is renovated recently and it is well maintained. We were a group of friends and we really enjoyed our time in the homestay. Thanks to the manager and caretaker for making our stay so good. As they mention in the poster, this place is really home away from home. We felt very comfortable and experienced a pleasant stay. Hopefully will again soon!!

It is nice and manager is good it very pleasant and enjoy our climate there and food was nice they arranged a camp fire and maintainance of resort is wonderful clean and neat condition vehicle parking is Also good.

Rude behavior from the owner, not at all polite when he interact. Make sure to discuss throughly and set your expectation before you go. he wasnt customer friendly. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Caretaker Shamsir has been super helpful.
