Ac was not working in morning order for breakfast it took 1 hour to deliver a pratha and tea even though i chooses premium room service condition as just too bad

Location is goos however food is pathetic may be some drunkurd may found it good. About amenities don't judge the hotel by its pick. Reception area is renovated but tooms are very old. No tea kettle in the room. No buffet breakfast and they will give you a very generic choice of tea parantha omlette sandwich poha type where you need to choose few 2 or 3 items including tea. They are very shy in nature tp provide toiletries because you need to demand everything everytime. Staff is deaf as they never listen a request in one time. If water bottle is ordered you need to wait for min 45 minutes rest just you need to think about food orders. If they miss to give you complementary water bottle, then you will get the same after 10am when they open their office. Over all it was a finest hotel i have ever stayed in my life where i never want to come again.

Hotel, room, service is good. But tea kit not available in the room. This is chargable. Normally tea kit available in all hotels.

Pathetic and terrible hotel. I came with family in hot summer and toilet flush was not working in the allotment room. They shifted us to another room, where airconditioner was not working. They then offered us to shift to third room, there also ac was not working. It was mid night at 12. 15 am and my family was suffering because it was terrible hot. After heated argument with hotel staff, they said give 500 rs more and we will give a new room where ac is working good. Left with no choice in this situation, i gave them extra money and they gave new room. After 1 hour of peaceful sleep, a. C started leaking water and whole night water was dripping from ac inside the room.

We book for a double bed but got a twin bed instead and the toilet was broken to violently shaking but the service and the food was good so

Property location and food goods. But house keeping and room service is average. Initial item not available like shampoo, hand wash, in washroom. Only one soap available.

The rooms were big and i had a comfortable stay at this hotel, washroom were neat and clean, morning kit was missing
