Could be cleaner, shower stalls leaky, furniture somewhat run down, service excellent.

Very poor experience at vijay international kanpur. Terrible room with faulty fridge and even terrible bed not recommended

Room are good but water lodging proble in bathroom and mixee is also not properly working, food quality is very good

I don't know how they call themselves 5 stars, actually they are not at all like 2 stars, yes one eyed person is the king among the blind. There are less options for good hotels in a city like Kanpur, I always used to stay in Lucknow but this time I had to stay in Kanpur, I booked an executive room online in this hotel for Rs. 3600 from MMT due to its swimming pool and good rating, but when There was no view and everything was like an old cheap hotel, I refused saying that I would not be able to stay in it at all, after a long debate they charged me Rs 1100 extra and gave me another room, which was almost ok but it was still a total It was not worth more than Rs. Pool time was till 7:30 in the evening so we couldn't use it we thought we would do it in the morning, saw in the morning The front office staff is very rude and doesn't know that customers should be greeted and thanked while leaving, they have to bring and carry their own luggage, don't expect too much. I have already cheated, but thought I would warn you all.

We had a very terrible stay, air conditioner was not working and so was the water heater. Although the staff tried to make the ac work but it was not cooling. We requested for a room change but it was also not changed. Even the taste of drinking water was not good. Please look into the matter

Asked hotel to give good room. Provided best room. Good service. Room is pretty clean. Staff is good. Food is good. Provided by good amenities with parking

This was not a good start, in room phone was not working so room changed on changed floor. It’s bad to shifting now in next room tv set top box was not working and that was changed after that hotel was not sure about my extra bed after some confirmation they provided so overall we have waited 1 hour for our privacy

Mmt charge 1583 and after that hotel changing me 9300 say that it is 1583 technical problem so that you have to pay 9300 more so i pay 9300 extra amount to pay i already share both slip in mail mmt
