The staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was lovely and very quiet. Our issue was the bottom sheet. It was way too big for our king bed. There was so much extra material that every time you tuned over the sheet moved with you like skating across a frozen surface. Very disturb and uncomfortable.

It was a very clean LaQuinta but check in was slow because they had a new computer system. The beds were comfortable.The only complaint was the toilet was extremely low.

Checked in at 07:00 am and was told that would need t be charged any extra for early check in , woke up at 09:00 and was told if I stayed past 11:00 am would be charged an additional day ,talked with front desk and they said they the employee that checked in had make a mistake, I told them I would check out now and they would not refund me and if I doesn’t pay they would call the police, very in professional and rude I’m the customer and to be talked and treated like that was uncalled for, paid for one night have A copy of my folio that showed me checking out the next day paid for a night but spent less than 4 hrs in the room no sleep had to check into another hotel, worst experience I’ve ever had and sorry to say that the employees at this hotel need to be fired for taking to customers like that

I booked this room for my date to a wedding. When I went to check him in the desk informed me they do not allow rooms for locals. I had already paid for the room through your site and entered my address which is LOCAL. It took almost 40 mins and my date having to show up and give his out of town ID to check in. I should have been informed before purchase. Huge time waste that nearly made us late and SUPER embarrassing.

Overall a pleasant stay. One good breakfast and one poor breakfast. The bottom of the tub was so slick I was afraid to move while showering. They really need to correct this problem before a guest is injured

My son had a mandatory class that was being held in Karnes City. The class got canceled while still on our way there. We immediately called and let them know we weren't making the 5 hour trip. We called at 4pm as soon as we found out. We were charged a full night's stay, $112. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss this and have not recieved a call back. Not a very understanding staff. I understand if hotel was booked and they lost money but I seriously doubt this was the case. Emergencies come up and a little understanding would go a long way.

Last minute decision to stop during 24 hour drive. This property was very nice and clean. Good pool and breakfast okay but not well stocked for a Sunday morning at 7:00. Front desk rep was welcoming and easy check in. Beds were not great for us, a bit hard, but room air conditioning was perfect for a good night rest.

The property is efficiently designed to be easy to maneuver. I am a senior and I would prefer for the shower to have one more rail to steady myself. But I am very satisfied with my stay here.

We were very happy with this property. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was amazing. Breakfast was typical of motel breakfasts, but everything was hot and fresh and different items rotated in daily. There was also an evening, "one bowl" item every day. Spaghetti one night, nachos one night, etc.
