Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve.
Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all.
The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great.
2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges.
Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience.
Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days.
Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern.
Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager.
A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Loved everything. The room, the room service, the food. …. Especially the food … the breakfasts were amazing and The Cafe’s Tandoor treats were the best we’ve ever had. The whole team including Mr Jagdish Subarna and edpecially Susan at breakfast were all wonderful.

Amazing service by Radha Ji. Good food and ambience, been here multiple times. Make sure to get the buffet. 😁😁😁. I go here often. Sushan is a great server, the place is clean and all international standards are maintained. The bakery is great Nepali food is authentic

Amazing food and amazing service. Had a great lunch meeting. Radhika and Sushant treated us really well and made sure that we had everything we needed. Also served us food every now and then.

Service and food was great Served in restaurant by Samrina. In general, am a happy customer. My overall experience has been wonderful. I visited the Monkey Sanctuary and played alot with them. My appreciation to the staff of hotel everest for their hospitality
