Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul K***n Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

Stayed for a day with family. An amazing place which has offered best hospitality and took care of us in best standards of the hotel industry. Staff (especially Angraz, Rahul and Kaushal) and multi cuisine food at Citrus cafe is outstanding. We would prefer to stay here every time. Feedback by Sumit Tyagi

The food was very good Breakfast buffet was tasty Special thanks to Rahul and Angrej for their hospitality I would recommend the hotel Would definitely stay here again The rooms are spacious and the hotel scores high on cleanliness Definitely recommended

Review for stay We stayed there for one night and the stay was excellent and the staff's behaviour was excellent and one of the best hospitality in the town provided by lemon tree katra . The food is good and the rooms have an excellent view towards the mountain facing. The team members Hamid, Nikhil, Javid, Anjana were very proactive and professional and ready to assist you in any queries you have. Will visit soon

Great Hospitality Very Good services Housekeeping staff Mr Javid,SANJAY Reception boy Nikhil Sunil Sarika Amtayaz was very friendly and helpful. Services were very prompt It was an amazing lemon fragrance there. Food also very good in taste. The railway station is very close to the Hotel.

Wow Overall it is good experience & nice place to stay. Food is also good to taste. Service is fine we can recommend to others. Rooms are neat & clean. Safe for family occupancy. The cost is also worth staying here. Thank You Anjana, Hamid for all your support during the stay. Will come back again.

was an amazing experience staying at the lemon tree hotel lemon tree katra ...we loved the way staff treats to there guest's......we had breakfast buffet during our stay hotel at the time of breakfast was quite busy...but staff took great effort to attend us..the pawan kumar .the service of this hotel very excellent .pawan and angraj,rahul ,sahil in the hotel was to Friendly and thank you guys..for making our stay amazing...looking forward to seeing you soon..
