Booked three rooms at the hotel. Second time using the same hotel. The stay was good and also the dinner on the second night. We used the user only for a second night as the first night the room was used for keeping our luggage. We were on a pilgrimage trip to vaishno devi temple ***** with other temples in katra. The staff at the hotel were very courteous. The only problem we faced is that ac in one form was not working properly. The weather in the city is very warm. The hotel arranged free transportation to drop us at banganga where the trekking starts for shrimata vaiahni devi temple and also to the railway station for our return journey to delhi.

Very good hotel with nice and welcoming staff and accommodation available at a reasonable price. First of all the location of the hotel is very prime as it is at a walkable distance to the market which gives an ease if the guest are willing to visit the market. Their restaurant Tulsi serves good and delicious food which I ordered on elacarte. They make best of efforts to give rooms to guests if checkin is early but subject to availability, you must call and confirm this before if you want. Their rooms are well equipped with hot and cold air systems as well as water systems in washrooms. Overall very good experience, thank you.

First impression was the Cleanliness of the hotel.....though it is a new Hotel Property but Hygiene wise v good.....Staff is cordial & helpful ....they even arranged me a vehicle with discounted rate which was v nice.... Restaurant is spacious.... I like the ambience of the hotel gave me a positive vibes....Katra Bazaar is hardly few minutes from there..... I would like to mention specially about Mr Ganesh who is the Sr Operation Manager who takes care of their Guests & he is v cordial & Soft spoken....keeps his guests at ease......Will be visiting this hotel property again.....Jai Mata Di 🙏🙏

Rooms : Lobby ***ager given us best sute room it was very big as compared to other hotels in katra. Also it’s well furnished I geve 10 out of 10 to rooms of this hotel hotel lobby also specious and clean staff of hotel was helping and polite everything was superb Hotel location is also approaching *** railway Road bazar and ***i road shop medical store restaurant everything is approached Hotel Tulip tree is good in all aspects we will recommend to everybody …thank u

GGuest UserOverall I recommend this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded from premium to suite. Breakfast was good. Varieties of options was there like sandwiches, mini uttpam, corn flakes, chana bhatura, poha etc. Staff was helping in nature. I was provided free railway station transfer as well.

Excellent hotel to stay. The owner Mr. Sham ji personally looked after the guest. We had early Check in & we requested for the car pick the same was on time . Good quality is amazing . The staff Mr. Ashish & deepak both are very friendly & always there to help. Their food quality is amazing their yellow dal fry , dum aloo and paneer butter masala is very delicious. Amazing place to stay feeling if home sweet home .❤️❤️🎉🎉 jai mata di .
