What you expect from an “Airport Resort Hotel”. 1. To sleep. Because you have to take a flight in the moorning or you arrive late in the evening after many hours flying. 2. A Wifi connection to arrange everything online before departure. 3. A shower with hot water to wash yourself. 4. Diferent options to have dinner. 5. English speaking staff. Unfortunately, we had non of these basic things. I’m writting this review while there is a party in the pool next to our room. 20 guest playing the drums, screaming and playing music in a speaker. It’s 1.35 AM and in 3 hours we are going to the airport. Before that, we had to take a tuk tuk (arranged by the hotel owner) to go to town to have some food. They had just few things to offer in the menu at the hotel (nothing we like it). There is nothing around the hotel. Before taking tuk tuk. we tried to order food from uber eats. No wifi connection. No data coonection. Apparently due to powercut suffered at 8pm due to the crisis that the country is facing. Power came again, wifi not working anyway during all night. Also, we had to fullfill an online form to our next destination. Wifi not working. No data connection at all. And after all these things no chance to take a shower. Hot water not working. And also a big spider in the bathroom. The staff is nice, but they don’t speak english at all. The owner is the only person who speaks english but he was just little time during our stay. The staff calls the owner on the phone and you have to talk to him on the phone. In room’s price it’s included free transport to airport. The driver asked for money in the airport. He said: “Hotel told me you paid to me”. We did’nt give him nothing, just a tip. I want to think they tried their best, but not enough. We had a really bad experience, we do not recommend it at all as an airport hotel.
