Hotel Weisseespitze

My wife and I traveled from Ireland . This was out second family visit . This time accomanied by our son, his wife and her parents. Management and staff work hard and there are many signs of excellent training. Customer facing staff seem to be geared to engage and offer assistance. Facilities on site are ample. Pool, Spa and Silent Area are relaxing particularly in view of snow filled mountains. There are nearby downhill ski options for beginners and experts. Cross country run on site is attractive and peaceful. Variety , standard and portion control of food is of a high standard. Chris**as Eve Dinner was outstanding and much praise to Chef Paul and his staff. Bedrooms are modern and well furnished. We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

A fantastic hotel and super super friendly people who work overthere. It was the second time for us being there and it feels like coming home 😀 The kitchen is even more fantastic. Who wants to visit the Alps, go there!

To say this hotel is beautiful is an understatement. We had researched it thoroughly and it was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff couldn’t have done more to help us and make our stay brilliant. The facilities lived up to the expectations and the food was just sublime. I highly recommend the Biker Package. I really cannot think of a single bad thing to say about the hotel or our stay, it was just what you expect from a hotel like this. I WILL be staying again.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic valley surrounded by alpine mountains and with a river running alongside. The building itself is extremely accessible, modern, clean, and has a fantastic and authentic a**osphere. The room we stayed in was also very clean, comfortable and had a fantastic bed! the most peaceful sleep I have had in a long time and to wake up and open the balcony doors to fresh alpine air and hear the sound of a river (& no cars) was a real pleasure. Spa facilities, food and drink were all top notch and the staff are able to converse in multiple languages with ease. Highly recommended and I sincerely look forward to my next visit.

We spent 9 amazing nights in this hotel for both xmas and new year. It was so relaxing we literally forgot what day it was. The hotel has great ammenities, nice restaurant and bar areas and a wonderful spa area with several great saunas and indoor pool. On top there is a heated inside/outside pool which was amazing to enjoy with all that snow and scenery around. The staff is all very helpful and everyone tries their best. The food was excellent- mainly traditional but always with a nice twist. If you are a shnitzel only type of person it might not be for you (although im sure they would accomodate :) ) but we are a foodies family and we loved everything. The xmas and new years gala dinners were also fantastic, we licked our plates. The general a**oshpere, just enjoying a drink at the bar is so nice and relaxing. Guest are 99% german speaking and a few dutch when we stayed. We went skiing on the glacier (count around 40min by car to drive up to 2800!m)- less slopes (still plenty) but perfectly groomed /snow guaranteed and less crowded and we also went to Serfaus/fis/ladis area (30-40min by car) which is a huge domain but much more crowded and the slopes can get ugly by lunchtime , especially if not enough snow. Coming back, the hotel provided a snack with something like a goulash or a sausage and nice cakes, coffee and tea. We need now to go on a diet :) but we loved every minute. We go to Austria both summer and winter and quality/price this is amongst the best we stayed in and you can tell that the family managing it puts a lot of effort into this place.

This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced

Szczerze polecam ten hotel. Fajna lokalizacja dająca dużo możliwości co do miejsc do jazdy na nartach: 45 min Ischgl, 40 min Kaunertal, 30 min Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis. A wszystkie, zwłaszcza Ischgl to topowe ośrodki w Alpach. Sam hotel super czysty, bardzo dobre jedzenie, świetna obsługa, świetna strefa SPA/Wellness. W naszym okresie ciężko dosyć z miejscem parkingowym... Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

Zeer goed hotel. Mooie ruime en vooral heel schone kamer met goed bed. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ‘s middags de “Mittagsjause” met koffie /thee en heerlijke gebak of zelfs hartige hapjes en iedere avond een voortreffelijk 5-gangen diner. Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft ook een prachtig zwembad en een heerlijke wellness. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal voor uitstapjes en prachtige wandelingen.

Abbiamo riservato più di un anno fa, avevamo trovato ottima l’offerta. A ca. 25 minuti dal ghiacciaio della Kaunertal e da serfaus fiss ladis questo hotel offre il posto giusto per godersi due comprensori sciistici, tranquillità e buon cibo. La nostra camera era datata ma comunque ben tenuta, pulita e molto spaziosa. La parte del ristorante è nuova molto accogliente, buona e varia la colazione, ottima la cena. Il pomeriggio merenda dolce e sempre un piatto caldo, a mio avviso aggiungerei delle insalate o degli affettati. Ben fornito anche il bar con cocktail è molto altro, un piccolo consiglio sarebbe di far firmare sempre il giorno dopo lo scontrino di quello che si è bevuto il giorno prima. Molto bella la zona piscina, se fosse stata un po’ più grande la zona per poter aggiungere qualche sdraio in più sarebbe stata perfetta . Perfetta invece la zona saune, molto varie e grandi. Personale sempre molto gentile Hotel privo di barriere architettoniche per persone disabili 💪🏻👍🏻 Sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente
