Ekati Mare Boutique Resort

I cannot say enough about how great this resort is. The food was top, and the rooms were clean and spacious. BUT the most impressive part of this hotel was the service. From the maids to the waiters to the management. top notch service! Truly a great place that I will be encouraging all my friends and family to go to. I didn’t want to leave!!

We wanted somewhere close to the main ***** in Kavos, but far enough away so as not to be too roudy. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel itself is modern, clean and has a great pool. Wifi is poor, but that's my only complaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was very modern and clean. The staff were lovely. The pool and bar was very handy. Very close to all the bars and to the beach. Best hotel in the area for sure. Would definitely come again!!!

Amazing and friendly staff. The included breakfast was simple yet enjoyable with a wide range of healthy options. Really nice rooms and a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay!!! Would highly recommend to both families and party goers :).

The hotel is small but modern and well appointed. The rooms have double, twin or treble lay out and have walk in showers which are getting a little tired but with good powerful showers (be prepared it’s Greece and you can sometimes get a cold or hot shock!) The air con is excellent and beds comfortable with towels changed daily and pool towels offered at reception. The pool is beautiful but it is not cold and by the end of day in Corfu heat it’s almost like a bath by 5pm! There is a little competition for sun beds but I think if the hotel put out an extra 5-10 beds this would be quickly solved. Breakfast was ok some fruit, yoghurt and juices with cooked bacon eggs and toast.. not a huge selection but adequate. Kavos itself is still clinging to its 18-30 club days unfortunately so there are negatives about the resort itself, 20 year olds sucking on laughing gas balloons and being sick in the street is not my idea of fun! But go to some of the beach side restaurants and bars away from “The *****” and you will find nice places to have a drink and some great restaurants (Roussos, Florida and Pure to name a few) I have to make a special mention to the staff, they never stop and are always smiling despite being run off their feet at times always helpful and eager, the hotel management really need to pay them more! If coming as a family I’d advise taking some day trips and even going to some of the nearby towns in the evening if you don’t want to run the gauntlet of the *****! Lefkimmi is lovely for the evening and 10€ in a taxi.

Ekati mare is new, and spotlessly clean with great facilities. The staff are so friendly. Great customer service goes such a long way but the staff here have it down to a tee. Always smiling and going out of their way to help. The food at breakfast and dinner is buffet but provided decent selection and was kept fresh frequently. There was always a good selection and catered for all. We also ate from the bar menu in the afternoons a few times and the food from that was also very good. We didn’t have a bad meal. The hotel is a 3/4 minute walk from the ***** which was close enough to feel involved but far away enough to not be disturbed.

We arrived early hours of the morning, staff very helpful even making us toasties at 2am after a shocking transfer. Room was lovely, modern, great air con, over looking the pool, bathroom modern but in need of a little TLC. Drains awful but it is greece. Rooms dusty but the maids do a fabulous job! Pool is well maintained and beautiful, need to get up before breakfast to put a towel down as hotel bigger than you think. I cannot comment on breakfast as i dont normally eat it but Partner had no complains. What I did have was lovely, not a huge selection but expected. No English tea, just fruit teas, coffee & juices. Staff extremely helpful and just overall fabulous. Couldn't do enough for people staying. Any issues we did have was fixed (or tried to) straight away. Cocktails fabulous! We had lunch there a few times and tea once. All fabulous and tasty! A little pricey. Kavos is not our scene, there are amazing restaurants there so you don't need to go out of town. Do expect young people around the town and staying at the hotel as it is kavos. Woke a couple of times in the night due to people coming back in bur staff try to keep noise to a minimum. Rooms aren't sound proof like stated. Please do the trips, blue lagoon and paxos. 100% worth it!! Use summer travel if you don't want a boat packed with people and for water sports. Although maybe not a transfer back to the airport as they forgot about us ! Look elsewhere for nice beaches as kavos main beach isn't wonderful. Doubt we would come back to kavos as we aren't into the nightlife although I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does.

We just came back from an amazing week in the ekati mare. The rooms are big and well designed. Food was great both in breakfast and during the day. Staff is friendly and attentive. We did not like Kavos much but did not spend much time there.
