Happy Days Beach Hotel

Super destination, beautiful garden, very nice and profesional personal. Beach is very close to the hotel and the food is really good. It was one the best holidays me and my family was on. Thank you

there were pictures of cute bungalows in a lovely garden on all web pages and catalogs, so we booked one for our holiday this year. We were surprised when they gave us a room in a building above an Italian restaurant, some 30 m far from the E75 highway (Chania - Rethymno). We couldn't even guess this building was a part of the hotel. The window of the room faced west, so there was as hot as in a stove in the evenings and the air conditioning could be switched only when the key was in the scanner inside the room. We couldn't open the window due to noise from the highway and couldn't sleep with AC switched on because the stream of cold air blew directly on our heads. After two days of permanent complaints, we succeeded to change the room. Sleep-deprived and totally upset we finally got a room in one of the bungalows. The rest of our stay was fine. Kind people (esp. Maria from reception), a beautiful beach just beside the hotel, tasty food, a jeep safari, and trips to near towns and places of interest (from the bus stop a couple of steps from the hotel) nearly healed us from our traumatic experience. If you have got good luck with your room, you can experience really happy days.

Really lovely hotel staff were very helpful especially Maria at reception very pleasant always greet you with smile lovely girl was so helpful and very professional. Also porter who helped with bag and all staff at reception area. Rooms very clean fresh towels every day and welcome basket of fruit on arrival the ladies who clean the rooms were very professional and did a really good job. Das am Strand gelegene Happy Days Hotel zählt zu den eher kleineren Hotels, dieses ist aber aus unserer Sicht der große Vorteil. Deswegen hatten wir es erneut gewählt und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Obwohl das Hotel wohl ausgebucht gewesen sein soll, gab es beim Service und Essen keinen Grund zum Klagen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

W hotelu jest spokojnie wspaniałe miejsce do wypoczynku przepiekny ogród, obsługa hotelu na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy do samego wyjazdu kożystać z All inclusiv. Jedzonko wspamiałe na piewrszy rzut oka wydaje się że wybór jest mały w porównaniu z resorcami w Turcji ale było fantastycznie przyprawione. Kilka rodzajów mięsa zawsze ryby greckie dania owoce pyszne ciasta na bazie mascarpone owoce. W hotelu podają bardzo dobre drinki i kawa mój faworty to fredo capucino. I mały patetn na drink mojito, który jest dodatkowo płatny w formie All. Wystarczy zamówić drink bezalkoholowy z dziecięcej karty Mojito virgin i poprosić i rum :) I masz wspaniale przygotowane mojito z duża iloscią lodu mięty i linonki wyciśniętej z brązowym cukrem. Połozenie hotelu jest fantastyczne dość blisko do ciekawych miejsc znajdujących się w zachodniej częsci wyspy. obok hotelu rózne sklepiki markety z pyszną oliwą i wypożyczalnie aut. Parking dla auta wypożyczonego w hotelu jest darmowy. Z chęcią tam wrócę aby objechać kolejne cudowne miejsca w zachodniej częsci Krety jak i odpocząc w tym wyjatkowym Hotelu. Jest to hotel dla ludzi chcących odpocząc bez nagadywań zabawiaczy od show timeu. Jedyme co mi przeszkadzało to brak wyznaczonych stref do palenia papierosów. Jestem osobą niepalącą a ilość wypalanych papierosów przez gości z niemiec była przerażajaca. W barach które były na zewnatrz nie dało się siedzieć oni wręcz byli przyklejeni do papierosów. Co bardzo przeszkadzało aby sobie przy stoliku wypić drinka. Ilość leżaków na plaży była wystarczajaca, ale już od 6 rano niemcy biegali i rezerwowali miejsca no cóż dziwni ludzie.

Surréservation Nous devions passer une nuit dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement à notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de place pour nous. Le déjeuner nous a été offert et nous avons été logés dans l’hôtel d’à côté, le Kournas. La chambre était vieillotte et sentait le vieux. Elle ne ressemblait pas du tout à la chambre du Happy Days vue sur internet. Ma déception a été grande mais je n’ai pas protesté. Je n’avais pas envie d’entrer dans une longue discussion. Je recommanderais aux futurs passagers de s’assurer que leur réservation est garantie avant de se présenter à la réception. Un petit mail?

Nous avions réservé des chambres côte jardin et on nous a donné des chambres plus grandes, mais côté route. Il y a de la circulation toute la nuit, sans compter les animations un peu partout, vraiment bruyant. Le matelas était très dur, on sentait les ressorts. Ils nous l'ont changé et on a pu changer de chambre pour la fin de notre séjour. Le buffet du soir est franchement pas terrible. Il y a une réceptionniste adorable, Maria, qui parle très bien le français et qui nous a bien conseillée pour nos excursions.

3 dni temu wróciliśmy z Krety. Pobyt w tym hotelu był rewelacyjny. Może nie luksusowy, ale ogólny klimat tego miejsca sprawił,że wypoczęliśmy wspaniale. Ogród bajeczny. Bliskość morza to ogromny plus. Leżaki i parasole na plaży bezpłatne w all inc. Jest to świetne miejsce dla osób dorosłych, które chcą odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju. Jedzenie ok, można zawsze znależć coś dobrego. Sporo owoców, pyszne arbuzy, melony i czereśnie. Bardzo słabe desery, ale to nam nie przeszkadzało, bo zdecydowanie wolimy owoce. Dobre lody śmietankowe i kawa mrożona w barze od godziny 16.00. Cudowny personel , a szczególnie pani w beach barze, która była do południa. Robila pyszne drinki, w tym bezalkoholowe. W ogóle wszyscy bardzo przyjażni i uśmiechnięci. Niestety słaba kolacja w Acropolis(a'la carte), tylko włoskie jedzenie marnej jakości. W zasadzie tylko sałatka nam smakowała. Napoje płatne. Pierwszy raz z tym się spotkaliśmy w opcji all inc. Reasumując-atmosfera miejsca i przecudowny ogród zrobiły mega robotę. Wypoczęliśmy fantastycznie!. Polecamy to miejsce osobom szukającym spokoju.

Eintolles, kleines und feines Hotel an einem ruhigen, weitgelegenen Strand, Zimmer schön eingerichtet mit viel Platz. AI lohnenswert, jeden Tag Abwechslung, alles frisch und lecker. Tolles zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr fleißige und nette Gärtner, die alles herrichten. Hinter dem Hotel über die Straße kleine schnuckelige Läden. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
